I bought a new Mac mini and wanted to have it set up and the data transferred over from my old iMac. It should've been a simple process. After a week of supposedly working on it I was told it was just taking a lot of time to download the data. I finally talked to the person who is actually doing the transfer and she was trying to transfer 4 TB of data from my Time Machine onto the 512 GB Drive on my Mac mini ....Duh.?! When I explain to her how I thought the process should be done she argued with me and said I was wrong and should just do it myself.I went in to get my equipment and I don't know if it's the manager that I've been working with, but he hid in the back room and wouldn't come out and talk to me. I just wanted to get my equipment back and go somewhere else. He was using his Desk employees back-and-forth as messengers and they said he was just too busy to come out of the back and talk to me and he would have to text me later.. and they wouldn't give me my machine. I told them I wasn't gonna leave without my machine. The guy I had been working with just brought all the pieces out-dumped and dumped them on the counter. They didn't even bother to gather it up or box it up And they were missing the external drive . Unbelievable experience.. I felt sorry for the poor employees there they looked like deer in the headlights and definitely not well trained or customer service focused. I would highly recommend not going to Expercom in Logan for anything. It was the Customer Service experience from hell. I took my Mac mini to Aggie Tech Service Center in the Utah State student building. Chris was extremely helpful. We talked about exactly what I wanted to do and how they would do it. Chris was knowledgeable and professional And made the data transfer with a smile. And said he he didn't think he should charge me because it was so easy to do! If you don't want immediate gratification then newegg.com will serve you much better, and if you absolutely need something that day, and/or want a human to talk to there are better stores available (even the maligned geek squad of best buy might be a better option, and that's pretty terrible).

That $70/hr per customer is paying very nicely for their huge H3 Hummer they have parked out front. In addition their commercials and newspaper ads are very very ronchy, with suggestive photos and video of the owner's wife displaying herself holding computers and laptops. I will never go here.
