After a very bad experience with a third party claims department with Allstate, i contacted Progressive , spoke to a call center, they made me a better offer for my home insurance but not at all for my car. Unsatisfied with my car and home with different companies i contacted Geico. My car was still three times as much with the on line quote. But Pablo from the Keller Office called me and went above and beyond to find all the information, find out why the premiums were so high. He got back to me after doing all he could to bring my home insurance down from the other two companies. But still spent more time looking into my car premium. He called several times and i missed his calls. Today i called him back and he brought my car monthly premium down over $150 from the best i could do with other companies. My home insurance he brought down over $700 a year from the best offer from the new Progressive plan i had changed to. I am not just overjoyed, greatful and amazed, but i feel Blessed. I never imagined i could ever trust an insurance company again, nor that a local office could really look out for what was best for me. Actions speak much more than words or advertising. I have been dealing with insurance companies for over 40 years, and I have never been so please with the support and responsiveness that I received from Matt at Geico in all my years. Matt answered all my questions quickly, kept me up to date on any changes, and I was never in the dark on what was going on, like with other insurance companies where you are just a dollar figure. The support that I received from Matt was go great that I transferred all my insurance over to him, cars, homes, motorcycle, everything. I have never done that before in my life and I am glad I did it. This Geico "agent" calls incessantly to solicit business and disregards any notice to stop calling. The phone number orgintates from the office of a Geico agent named Greg HILST. Leaving multiple voicemails and continuing to call over the course of weeks is ridiculous. It's obvious that HILST is highly unprofessional. No professional insurance agent would continue to solicit for business after being asked to stop calling. I'd never consider this Geico agent for my car insurance. Never. As of July 2022, this agent continues to call and act in a childish, immature manner. What an embarrassment to Geico. read more

Despite less driving due to covid, Allstate was going to raise my rates almost 10% on auto insurance and 14% on home. I made a couple calls to other agencies and received better rates.
