I am missing close to $500 worth of items from my truck, that are now "missing". They claim these items were never in the truck. Changed from quarterly to monthly payment and made two months of payments up front Had equity through 1/17/2021 - LM Sent cancellation notice on 11/30 due to non payment. Call their customer service had a very aggressive lady Keira and then Emily both who were like there is nothing we can do.I have to pay upfront for a new policy even though mine should never have been canceled. Whole new meaning to cancel culture. Been with them since 2013... and this is how they treat their clients... This is worse than when Spectrum shut down the internet due to their own mistake and my only way to get it reinstated was to go pay CASH at one of their kiosk machines in a store during a pandemic... Sucks how these companies can do this to people... and of course it's always on a holiday or weekend. ‍ Oh well it will work out. Just hate the frustration in the mean time...
