They are very helpful and when I have had claims, they were very pro active. The last two claims I had were on my home for hail damage and my 5th Wheel roof for tear in the roof. There claims group were quick to get an adjuster to my house and RV and the money was received within days after the adjuster made the claim. As for customer service, all I have to do it give them a call or email about an issue and they communicate there actions and perform the work without a hitch. Highly recommended.
