It took me one minute to call the manufacturer and find my heater was not part of the recall. He did not reply to my texts, emails or answer my phone calls when I asked him to go and reconnect the heater. Some basic communication when he was on site would have avoided his mistake. Also a shame he is not willing to own his mistake and make it right. Now I have to go through the rigmarole of going through Consumer Affairs/VCAT to have my heater reconnected. Unprofessional, uncommunicative and not willing to own up to his mistake and rectify it.

These "plumbers" are unqualified, clueless and come unprepared without even bringing tools! The jokers looked around my house to use my tools and even had the audacity to leave mid-job to get a haircut. Utterly unprofessional, they proceeded to ask for more money upfront, for a job which was not only incomplete but had destroyed the carpenter's work. When calling to complain of the inadequate job, Kyle verbally abused us over the phone. They have no capacity to work in the trade, and even less to own their reckless actions or account for the destruction they leave. If you have been unfortunate enough to encounter these fools, be aware that they are clueless and are a poor representation for the trade.
