After getting bored of her grazing my back with the strength of a 5 year old I asked her to focus on my fore arms instead (since i ride a motorcycle; my low back and forearms get sore).... This is where she got rude; before I could finish my sentence she started talking VERY loudly at me in broken English as to why she doesn't like to use her arms/elbows (I think she got triggered at me explaining to her how to apply proper pressure before), I kept trying to explain to her that I wanted my arms massaged and again she kept insisting "no" to my request without listening to what I was trying to tell her. After much ado she understood what I meant. But why are you refusing to listen to a customer explain to you what they want? Spoiler alert, she sucked at massaging my arms too. This woman was extremely rude and bad at her job. If the rest of the "therapist" are as "trained" as her then let me save you all the trouble and have your dog walk on your back cuz I'm positive it'll feel better than what ever the F they're doing there.

I do like how they take their time with pedicures. They are very detail oriented and they include paraffin. I love their use of the nail brush to really clean your toe nails and how they are meticulous at every step. They do an okay job on nails, no real complaints other than it is nothing special and they charge top dollar. I really just go for the pedicures which I found to be better than anywhere else in the area. They do speak Spanish, which I do not think is rude! They are not there to keep the customers entertained. I do not need to know what they are saying. I prefer to be left out of conversations and relax with my phone and enjoy the massage chair. I think you should give this place a try, at least for a pedicure!
