I cannot believe I didn't know about her before! When I arrived she met me outside the door which was sweet. As soon as I stepped in I felt at ease because it smelled so dang GOOD!! The aroma and the light music playing was very relaxing. Since this was a gift, my husband told me that she asked all the right questions to make sure this was an amazing experience for me. I really like that because that tells me that Ruth pays attention to detail. I appreciated her explaining to me what she did to ensure health and safety during this time. I loved that she practiced safety measures to ensure I was good to go by taking my temperature and making sure I washed my hands. The room and everything else was very clean and organized. Ruth is so kind and warm when she talks to you and she made me feel very comfortable. I started going to Ruthy in May 2015 due to hip and back pain. It was the best experience, i felt relaxed and "doughy"......not limp but sort of fluid and flexible. Difficult to describe, she's amazing both as a massage therapist and as a person.
