They told me to raise it with my bank - not sure what my bank has to do with non-delivery! It's their responsibility to make sure they deliver the ordered and paid for items. John Reed is not able to do that - buyer beware! Absolutely disgraceful company would never recommend them - quite the opposite. Had to grade them 1 because it wouldn't let me give a minus score.

I rang them and they said to return it and they would refund me if they thought it was faulty. I returned it then received an email saying I had sent them a fake charm back therefore they could not accept it or refund me. This was the charm they sent me and were then telling me it was fake!!! I rang them and they accused me of keeping the real charm and sending them a fake one back!!! I advise everyone to check the charms they receive from John Greed.

As it is small the choice is very limited however they do have a lot of great stuff so you can usually find something just as good. The prices are slightly higher in comparison to other places, but the quality and service justifies this I think. I have only ever had a problem once with something I bought from there - it was my engagement ring, in which the stone fell out instantly, but they were quick to repair - free of charge and really apologetic.
