The Realtor was lazy, and was just sitting back waiting to collect his pay-day. Don't listen to the 6% realtors they are full of CRAP. They don't do anything better in this era of internet savvy shoppers. All you are doing is WASTING YOUR MONEY and making some lazy person rich. We had a gorgeous fully updated home that SAT due to a lazy, greedy realtor who simply wanted to maximize his profit for doing NOTHING. After our listing expired with Remax we looked to friends to suggest a Realtor - John Gscheidmeier was the man. John came in as a Real Estate PROFESSIONAL. He takes his work seriously, and he worked fast to get both an accurate listing and awesome professional photos out. John had our home sold in one week for damn near asking price. We made tens of thousands over what we would have with Remax and FELT GOOD about what we paid for in commission. John did significantly more than our 6% guy who claimed to be the best of the best. Second their business address on google does not exist as I went to the address myself and asked the business owners there if they ever heard of the Kirchoff group in the building and they said no. I went on their website and called the Wisconsin branch number several times but all it did was ring. Left a voicemail and never heard back. I called the California branch number and got a voicemail. I called but they never responded back. They listed a property on their website I am interested in, but communication has been virtually nonexistent. I contacted them thru Hemlane.com about my application and some questions but heard only one responded regarding contact information about a relator, whose phone number provided to me was different than her website and have heard nothing since. Overall, very disappointed by this group and the experience I had. Was hoping to gear back for the apartment soon but doubt I ever will.
