So I must start by saying I am not the person who answered yes to any of that! But I can see the merit of this program and want to share it with fellow yelpers who might enjoy it. Jesse Robertson is the host/instructor for these Keep it Colourful paint nights and from what I've heard through people who have done both this and paint nite (a different facilitated event around town) she is by far the best! I can attest that she was easy to follow and made it as fun as she could. There are different classes at different bars around town so you sign up for the one you want to go to. For me personally I've never been the step by step stick to the program kind of painter so I found it difficult to enjoy the process as much as others around me. But I got it! I understood the appeal and what friends were raving about. From simple instruction to no limit on supplies offered by the end everyone had painted exactly the painting that was set out before us. Sure we all had a different sort of flair about ours but from a distance - same. Which actually speaks volumes of an excellent teacher. You might not believe you have it in you, I but might be surprised at how effortless the process is. You might just come out with something beautiful you created and didn't think you could. Again, this was not for me. Maybe if it were at afternoon tea and the subject matter was something I absolutely adored... but bars, at night, drinking... it's for someone, just not me. Still have to highly recommend based on how much fun everyone around me was having. It is as advertised, you will come away with that exact painting you signed up for whether you think you can or not. And the price is right too for a night of entertainment. So go for it! We went to the Keep it Colourful Paint Night that Jesse Roberston was hosting at London Brewing Co-op a few weeks ago at the beginning of September. I love how she hosts it in different locations around London, it's a nice change of pace and atmosphere. The night we went at the London Brewing Co-op, was the Cat in the Windowsill, all painted with black and white. Which was a challenge to get the correct shade of grey, but it was so much fun. Jesse was very informative and helpful and explained it very thoroughly when mixing the colours, gave us a run through of the brushes and how to use them. if we made some mistakes, she informed us on how to fix it. She hosts these paint nights all over town and for a few hours, and some new learning techniques, and some fun, you'll have yourself a wonderful painting you painted. It's a fun learning experience and something you can do with your friends and get to experience the atmosphere of where you're painting and help local businesses out! It's a win-win!

Her staff did an amazing job getting the food ready and making sure it was delicious as well as gorgeous. Not only hardworking, they were engaged as they toted everything back and forth. They were all very helpful and professional. They all worked together as a well-trained, well-prepared team. I have no complaints, and no suggestions on how it could have been more perfect. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THIS FACILITY AS A BOOKED VENUE First off…read more-- this is not about the golf course, but a review of this facility for hosting a wedding. Folks - if you are looking for a venue -- look no further. These folks do a great job for venue catering. They have a wonderful room in the back that overlooks the 18th hole - and holds about 80-100 people quite easily. They had the ceremony on a section of the property away from the main clubhouse (it was private and very pretty). I must say it was a bit difficult to hear since there is a lot of road noise due to lots more construction along Sunningdale, but still very nice. The clubhouse? Wonderful room we had the cocktail reception in! Huge fireplace with nice comfortable wing back chairs and comfy sofas with still lots of room to mingle. The staff came around with all kinds of appetizers (lamb chops, oyster, shrimp skewers, and mini beef wellington. They were all wonderful and went down wonderfully with champagne! The meal included a wonderful salad with citrus segments, and then a choice of chicken stuffed with veg and goat cheese or a filet mignon in a wonderful sauce. The dessert plate had a mini-trio of creme brulee, brownie and strawberry cheesecake on it. The staff checked in on us regularly and did fireworks for the bride and groom later in the night. They offered replacement tickets for a show, but didnt respond in time for us to actually catch the show we asked for over a month ago the way they treat the disabled and their ticket holders is disgraceful especially for a concert in a dirty bar where legit couldn't see.
