We met with Amy whenever we could/whenever we were in the country, but a lot of our interactions were via Skype/Facetime given the distance issue. As the wedding approached Amy was impeccable getting last minute details locked down and made it as stress free as could be. She was organized, timely, and thoughtful and went the extra mile. Absolutely everything was delicious -- I especially loved the stuffing that was moist and perfectly seasoned. My only small point for improvement would be to have the choice of how thickly the turkey was sliced, and to also have included wings/drumsticks. This had obviously been deboned and rolled prior to cooking and was very thin slices. That being said, it it was still very tasty and easily reheated.
