In addition, we had to pay the concrete supplier directly to get the footing poured. I have made countless texts and calls to them. They are not answering most of the time and when they do, commitments to call back are not met. The last time on site in late November, Katie and Jamie unrolled the liner, worked for about 2 hours then left after folding the liner back up and leaving it in the yard. Their tools have been sitting in my yard all December and January. Over 75% of the contract payments have been made and I still don't have something I can remotely call a functioning pool.
