However, I was sold because of Jeff and Annette's personalities. They showed up on a Harley, patiently took a look around the backyard, investigates with the city for permits and gave us a bid that was the lowest. Once the contract was signed, Jeff always showed up early, clean and respectful about the neighbors property. It was fun to see him demolish stuff and watch the passion with which he drove those CAT machines. All in all, I am thrilled with the work they did and would hire them in a heartbeat.

Coordination of delivery was easy and he took care to place the dumpster as close to my work area as possible in a tricky spot. Having taken my time in the tear down, I requested the dumpster for five days. I was able to pack away a month's work in one long day. I reached out to Tony and he was able to come out that same day to pick up. While I do not know that I will need a service like this again, I do know who I will call if I do.

He hung new drywall, taped, mudded, and left it with a clean level 5 finish. He also demoed parts of the exterior, installed new sheathing, and put up a vapor barrier--all done properly. As a working contractor myself, I've dealt with plenty of subs. What stood out most with Juan was his follow-through. He stayed on top of things, communicated well, and saw the job through to the end. That kind of dependability is rare and appreciated.

In less than 6 months it was falling out! French drain is poorly installed. First rain it completely washed up out of the flower beds. We discovered the drain in the bed wasn't connected to the run off main line. All of it is below the surface and we had no idea before it floated up. Overall, it was not a good experience, we never knew when workers were coming or not coming. We waited several days when we were told they were coming to no one showing up or getting any type message.

I informed the…read morecompany that there were no sprinkler heads in the area but I could not verify where the pipes might be. They informed us they would check while preparing the site and move any lines that need to be moved. I understood and agreed that this would be at additional expense. We were never notified of any pipes that needed to be moved. My sprinklers run early in the morning and I work early in the morning so I rarely see them on and operating. This Spring when I turned my sprinklers back on I noticed water coming up from underneath the concrete of the patio extension. I tried to get Central Texas Lawn Care to come out several times but they wouldn't even come out and look at the issue. They would only give me the point of contact information for another irrigation contractor and told me "this is your problem, not ours." They continued to claim I told them false information and refused to help make it right. I would never do business with this company again and I will be informing my neighborhood and Soldiers to look elsewhere.
