I contacted my ins & they said no there was no requirement for me to buy this insurance to join. I had asked this young man point blank do I have to pay this ins in order to join & he said "we have to make our money somehow" like I'm getting this membership for free? He was talking in circles making no sense but I didn't want to be rude & point out his inconsistent statements. I am an idiot. Trying to take advantage of a senior citizen is beyond despicable to me especially being done by this younger generation. It does not bode well for our future. I am taking action against them for their deceptive practices. Buyer Beware!

The trainers are wonderful (I have mostly taken classes with Curtis, and he's really excellent!), the community of athletes is welcoming and supportive, the gym is immaculate, and the workouts are always challenging and never dull. I had never done CrossFit before coming here, and I was initially a little bit nervous. I thought it was mostly an activity for jocks who don't mind injuring themselves. Fortunately, my preconceptions did not apply at all to RMX! Curtis is really conscientious about getting us warmed up and ready for the workout every day, and emphasizes good form and injury prevention. We always practice key movements before the workout starts, and Curtis will check on you and help you perfect the movements as the workout progresses. That said, these are not easy workouts -- the jocks can certainly enjoy themselves here alongside the beginners! RMX is a wonderful gym, and I will be going back as often as I can. I have learned a lot about weightlifting, jumping rope, and managing my energy during long sets -- and I am already a little stronger than I was when I started. Brandy Juda is a star and has become a friend on top of being an excellent gym supervisor. She is knowledgeable and resourceful, and has a welcoming smile for everyone! All of the Club 24 employees are pleasant and effective. Clean; easy to access; affordable with good quality machines and weights--well maintained, clean and nicely arranged. AND, a great clientele. Cleaning was mostly enforced by staff for Club members to clean, but didn't notice much at all from staff members. However, this is necessary to keep a clean and sanitary gym. Not to mention a safe environment for gym members. As an example, one CLUB 24 I went to had the same cobwebs in the rafters for the whole year of my membership. Maybe Club members are responsible for that cleaning as well. The stairmaster was mostly not working with the heart monitor and digital components not operational. The bathrooms were always filthy. Worse than outhouse type. I imagined that my annual membership would stay the same since I signed up for the year. No, I was wrong! It escalated to $50 a month without explanation. $29 a month is a real STRETCH, in my opinion, for any Club 24 in the Tri-Cities area with broken old equipment and unsanitary conditions. I will be going to a more REPUTABLE GYM like GOLDS that has up to date equipment and equipment that is in tip-top shape. The monthly cost will be a much better value to. My suggestion to anyone looking for a gym this is not your gym. Keep looking. Very disappointing experience.

Myself being a…read morenumbers kind of person was very attracted to following progress based on values beyond just seeing what's on your scale. Through rowing, running, lifting, and body weight exercises your goal is to hit 12 "splat points." This can also be known as 12 minutes your heart is in a heavy work zone, to reach the optimal fat burning workout. If you're a body builder or want to lift heavy weights while bulking, this isn't the gym for you. But if you want HIIT, cardio, or to lean out I would suggest this place. Their classes are also set so you can work out at your own pace and comfort as you can use your color zones to modify how intense you're going. This new facility is clean and spacious and can accommodate a decent sized class despite the pandemic but are operating at limited capacity. More dumbbells for me! The coaches are all energetic, encouraging, and willing to give feedback on your workout form to avoid injuries. The music is loud in the class, but feels like I'm partying on a yacht (how many times I gotta hear sk8er boy and pretty fly for a white guy?) than getting hyped up to push my physical limits. Trifles to some, but I need good beats to to work out hard. This place has a lot of potential for growth and you will get a great workout no matter what. My only qualm is how there's a fee to almost everything despite this place is already expensive to begin with. Want to join a weight loss initiative along the classes you're already doing? There's a fee. Want a towel to wipe down? Gotta buy it. 5 minutes late due to traffic or weather? Late fee. Forgot your heart monitor for the class? They'll let you borrow one... for a fee.

I typically go to the College of India studio in Bellevue, so I was pleased to find out that this studio is as nice (if not nicer) than the Bellevue Studio. The class was fairly full of devoted yogis, and the dressing rooms were spacious and had showers / bathrooms. The lobby decor was pleasant (they even had some after yoga treats/drinks!). Definitely check out this studio if you are looking for the best total body workout ever. You will become hooked after a few classes!

I took my first Bikram class in Seattle in 1999 and it's been part of my life ever since. I say that because I want to ensure you that my review is credible. I have practiced at numerous studios throughout the NW and Hawaii. This studio is top notch. The vibe is serene and direct. It smells delightfully free of heavy humidity and leftover body steam that so often seep into these facilities. The decor is minimal, which I believe lends so well to the austerity of this practice. And, most of all I appreciated Joanne's instruction. She provides the dialogue as it is meant to be. Often times instructors will fall into a pattern of performance when teaching... restraint and resisting the urge to use the class as a platform for entertainment rather than compassionate guidance... well, I truly appreciate this.
