Most everyone there is just there to work out and they couldn't care less who you are or what you look like. There are no people sitting around on cell phones taking up equipment, people leave sweaty, and there is no issue with making noise. There is AC and it is usually a pleasant temperature. Around 5pm it does get a little more busy, but it is still possible to get your workout in without much trouble. This may not be the gym for everyone, but it is a great place for someone wanting a good workout using mostly free weights while being left alone.

They keep telling my that our account is past due even though our bank record shows they have received payment. In other words the billing company is clue as well as the gym itself. My husband and I have been going every other day for over 6 months now & overall have had a great…read moreexperience. We always go at a time when there are the least people & are able to get our full workouts in. HOWEVER, since this summer program thing started, the hour we go is absolutely PACKED with high schoolers, and it stays that way all day - large majority of whom are just there to hang out with friends. (I see 1 out of maybe 30 kids actually there to focus and workout.) They sit on machines (hog them) on their phones, not working out. You ask them to work in, or how long they have left and they say they are using them and they "don't know". I have never seen one of them wipe down the equipment after using them & 90% of them are wearing pajamas and crocks. They come in groups of 3-5, are loud and obnoxious, on top of the above issues, and not one employee says anything to them. I saw the rules for the summer program and no one follows them. They enforce nothing here. What's the point of rules if no one enforces them? Anything goes here. We are fed up, as paying, consistent customers who can't even get a bench at the normal "low" time, or have to wait 20-40 mins to get a machine because every single high schooler is actually using it as a seat to play games on their phones. This is the WORST campaign I could imagine. Have a HS hour, or charge $5, or limit how many can be in the building at any given time-something other than a free for all. It's a total slap in the face to us who pay a membership to deal with this. We are looking at other options for gyms in the area and will cancel and not return. We enjoyed it just fine before this started and we will not spend the summer frustrated every time we want to go enjoy a workout.

Been trying to cancel this membership for months now and all I get are more excuses of how they…read moreextended it. Tell me how I'm still under contract 1.5 years later. They make you come in which is hard because I do work late nights and you can only cancel if a staff member is there. They locked me out of the account twice and said it's because of mispayment when I could see the charge on my bank statements. I will be trying to cancel again tomorrow and moving to another gym
