the company I work for made a big order from this company for T-shirt's for all the coworkers and the shirt is see through, the logo fabric is showing way to much and when it's washed the quality goes down to the point you can no longer wear 1/10. read more

If you're looking for quality screen printing and that's your primary concern, then look no further. The product was excellent. That earns them 2 stars. The turnaround time was decent, seeing that it only took 2 weeks (well, sort of - see below) to receive our order of multi-color front/back screen printed 35 shirts. That earns them their 3rd and final star. Accidents and mistakes happen, and THEY misspelled the city name on the front of the shirt - even though the proof they sent back for approval had the correct spelling. No star added or deducted - these things happen. Their communication is far below average. There was no photograph of the shirt for final approval before printing the whole of the order. 1 star deducted. Their customer service is not only below average. In fact, it's poor. In trying to communicate what they were going to do to remedy the error that THEY made, I was told no full refund is available if I returned the shirts, and that they could only refund half of the order and I would be stuck with the misprints. No discount was offered for us having to wait extra time for THEIR mistake. The call was ended abruptly by the representative that I was dealing with, which is a polite way of saying they ended the call without saying "thank you" or "goodbye." In the end, I got to keep 35 misprinted shirts and then received the correct shirts a week later (missing the event we needed the shirts for). The quality of the work is really good and we recommend them for that reason alone. If you have an issue, don't expect quality communication or customer service, because you probably won't get it - even if it's their mistake. 3 Stars read more

It hurts me to write this because the service I am accustomed to getting from blue cotton was extraordinary! But that seems to have changed. If the management reads these they should be alerted that your website should note that it doesn't work with Apple computers and Apple search engines I've been ordering for years on my apple all of a sudden I can't and when I called to place an order it was like stupid Central. Please offer another option for Apple since most designers use apple vs PC And if you try to call him for an order it doesn't happen it's just like hell only slower. Sorry to have to say I will not be using them anymore and that's a shame read more

The cotton masks were EXTREMELY disappointing. The ear loops have no elastic so there is absolutely no give in order to have a good fit. The masks fit incredibly tight on the face without any extra space, not even a millimeter, so your nostrils are basically shoved up against the fabric touching the mask itself. I had high hopes for a nice cotton mask with a cute cheerful "I'm Smiling" on it and basically threw my money away buying something online that is not usable. Wish I had thought to research online reviews first. Hope this review will save someone else from wasting their money. read more

We ordered two t-shirts for a new business. The shirts came out terrible....you can not really see the design on them. As someone mentioned in another comment it is a three color design simple and should not look the way it does.... but the outline of the honeycomb that is the main background for the design is so unsaturated that you can not see that it is a honey comb.There is no way this can be blamed on the design, as we have had labels printed with it, and a huge banner printed with the same design and they came out clear and beautiful. It reminds me of a t-shirt I purchased from ebay that I washed a few times and it faded out...except I paid 9 dollars shipped for that. We are small business owners. We would never ever put out something with such terrible quality. If something doesn't come out right the first time, we make it right before we offer it for sale. I would be humiliated to offer such terrible quality. read more

I was a bit disappointed when I saw that the larger sizes (2XL, etc) were priced higher than the $11.99 advertised on TV for the Team Kentucky shirts. Your ad should be amended to say "2XL and above prices higher." I have never understood why larger sizes are more when smaller sizes are not less. Sounds a bit discriminatory to me. Just my opinion. read more
My family is goofy. Not like "oh hey, look at those really funny guys" goofy (although we are that as well)...but "OMG, are all of those guys wearing matching family reunion tshirts at formal dinner night on the cruise?!" kind of goofy. Yup. We went on a family cruise and we had matching tshirts. I would like to say for the record that it was definitely my idea. But in my defense, I didn't expect everyone to be so into it. Like they *really* loved those shirts. So I guess it was my bad! As ideas went, it was great...except that I didn't think of this brilliant idea until 2 weeks before cruise. In that period of time, I had to get a friend to design the shirts...and then I went ahead and ordered it from bluecotton.com...praying that I would get them in time. And I did...with days to spare! Nice and competative prices (even with rush shipping it was STILL cheaper then local competators), the software to load the image and size it was extremely easy to use (OK, I was an idiot that over thought the process that ended up making it hard...but it really was super easy and brilliant)...and the selection of tshirt options was more then I needed. Clearly, my family loooooved the shirts. They actually loved them so much that my dad ended up wearing his shirt for all 5 days of the cruise (over his polo...so please, no ewwws...OK, you're entitled to one "ew", because the shirt was pretty gross by the end of the trip). read more
Totally impressed. My company needed custom t-shirts. And we needed them in 4 days. If we went with BlueCotton's competition, it would have been the same price and we would have to wait 2 weeks. But with BlueCotton, we got excellent shirts right when we needed them. No 2 week wait! Our sales rep, Kelly, was awesome and super prompt with communication. The only thing I wish that BlueCotton offered was reviews of the t-shirts on their site. We really should have up sized all of our employees because the Fruit of the Loom shirts were so small! Blue Cotton is a locally owned and operated retail establishment that sells clothing for the area sports teams. They don't just sell clothes that support the local university and UK but they sell clothes representing some of the area high schools as well. I don't know if all the high schools are all represented but this more than likely depends on whether or not the particular school has contracted their logo with the Blue Cotton company to be used to sell clothing items. Sometimes one can be fortunate and have a coupon that offers a buy one and get one item half off deal. This is particularly good for those type of people that shop and are indecisive between two different articles of clothing. If one has an old WKU basketball ticket or two lying around there are usually coupons for a the buy one and get one half off deal on the reverse side. This deal seems to be limited to WKU items but there are sometimes ads with the same type of deal in the local Sporting Times magazine that don't limit one to particular themed items. Blue Cotton is a good place to shop and their prices are competitive with other retail outlets in the area. The shop is a bit small and the selection is probably limited for that reason but how the company used the allotted space in displaying the clothes is superb. The store does serve its utilitarian purpose which is to be customer friendly and move product out the door so good thinking for this company. read more

I was looking to get some custom zip-up hoodies made for my department members at work and I looked through probably 20 different sites to find the best pricing. Blue Cotton had the best deal overall for the small order that I wanted to place (9 sweatshirts total) and they also offer free shipping. They had a decent selection with name brands and color options. The designer was easy to use and had a good variety of text effects and fonts. The clip-art selection wasn't that great but the image uploader was simple and they have a handy guide on their blog to determine whether or not your image is high enough resolution for printing. Overall I would say the design process was easy and straightforward but nothing special compared to other sites. The customer service was awesome though :) . As soon as I placed my order I got 2 follow up e-mails confirming the order and giving me contact information for the person who was in charge of processing it. The day after I ordered I got a promotional e-mail from them with a 10% off coupon code that would have been applicable to my order. I was kicking myself for not knowing about it a day earlier. I e-mailed my customer service rep and asked if she could apply the coupon code retroactively (thinking there was no way that would ever happen). But she did! I would definitely recommend them. The mask was disappointing and fit terribly. It was too long, gaps in the side and ear loops were too long. They would not take the mask back or refund my money. They offered me 50% off another mask the same size. I asked them to give me 50% off the mask I can't use. They look cute online, but do not fit at all. read more

I've order tees from BlueCotton on two occasions. First was for my band Clocktower Mechanics. The sales rep that worked with us made it extremely easy to order what we needed. The second time was for my pressure washing business, Blast Away Pressure Washing. For this order I went in and talked to a marketing director who was extremely helpful. Colton told me about some research he had been doing about which products have the best cost per impressions and the best way to use my limited marketing budget. He even stayed late because he was excited to help me get my business on a roll. I have nothing but good to say about this company! The shirts I ordered for Blast Away Pressure Washing were ready in 3 days for local pickup.... That's faster than Jimmy John's read more

Bad quality digital prints I had ordered a t-shirt from bluecotton.com before and it had turned out great. So, I placed another order for a second (different) t-shirt this time and the results were terrible. The first shirt we ordered was white with a very colorful design on it and the quality was super (the colors were bright and the design was solid). This time around however, we ordered a simple design (3 colors) on a light grey shirt and the results where terrible. The printing on the shirt looked as if the shirt had been washed 50 times and that you'd been wearing it for years! What new t-shirt is supposed to look like that? I contacted customer service and they took their time to respond several days later. They are sled me send pictures of the shirt, so I did. Several days later nothing. I emailed them again. A few days after that they responded with this: "When comparing a white shirt to a non-white shirt it is going to affect the colors because any non-white shirt has a white base underneath whereas a white shirt the colors are laid directly on the shirt. That's what causes the difference in vibrancy of the colors. We can set up a reprint for you for 50% off if this is something you are interested in please let me know and we can set this up for you as soon as possible!" I checked their website and they state which digital printers they use for one off shirts. I checked the printer manufacturer's website and they show beautiful designs with vibrant colors printed on black and other dark shirts! I sent an mail back explaining that it didn't look like the printing had a white base underneath because I can see the shirt material through cracks in the printing! I told them that if they cannot print a better quality one that I would prefer a refund. Their return policy states: "If for some reason the finished product is materially different from what you created we will replace your order in full or refund your money! How's that for removing anxiety?" I have yet to hear back from them after 3 days. I am not optimistic. read more

I have ordered tshirts through this website 3 times. Twice I chose this website because I could do a "rush" delivery guaranteed to be delivered within one week. Both times I really needed the shirts for an event, I was called on the last minute saying there was a 'problem' with my order and my shirts would not arrive on time on the 'delivery' date. What a complete waste. The shirts arrived the next week after my event after all of the participants had flown home. What a waste. Don't ever do business with these people. read more

Used this company to get shirts for a charity event. The shirts we received were not what we ordered nor what we wanted. After multiple emails back and forth, they still claim that they are right and made the shirts correctly. They offered to make us more shirts at a 50% discount...so they want us to spend more money to fix their mistakes. I think not!! What a bunch of crap!! read more

Really really bad. Terrific quality shirts, but they have no concept of deadlines and no interest in their customers. I was emailing with their reps and they just simply dropped the ball. So we didnt get shirts for our event, full stop. Total amateur hour. read more

Having worked for businesses who have had nightmare issues trying to get their finished product to look like what was ordered, I was soooo nervous ordering my first batch of t-shirts for my new business. Blue Cotton's design software was so flippin' easy to use and the outcome - the actual product TOTALLY and COMPLETELY matched what I designed!! They sent my order on time. The pricing was great. They were very helpful in producing family renunion shirts. I spoke with them online via the free online chat and they assisted me in ordering 46 shirts of different sizes and colors. I could not ask for better costumer service. The shirts arrived early and they looked amazing! Everything was printed correctly with the correct sizes. I had an order of 8 shirts I needed to purchase, each shirt with the same design on the front, but a unique design on the back. This meant I needed to buy each shirt individually, and would not be able to get any bulk discounts. After a full day of research through 10+s custom shirt vendors, Bluecotton had the best prices, even with a very nice quality shirt I was quaoted $20 per normal sized shirt; I felt this was fair and my expectation for the project. Other sites were either lower quality in print or shirt availability, or at least 15+ dollars more per shirt. So I was very happy with the arrangement I was able to get through BlueCotton. The ordering & design process online was easy, and once I placed my order I was quickly contacted by the service department with a person to help track my order. My shirts were printed without any issues, and I got a delivery slip in my email quickly, which met the estimated time-frame for the order - YAY! I did hit a small snag, in that one of my shirts was not included in my original shipment by mistake. I ordered 8 shirts, but I only received 7. I left a voicemail and contacted via Email / Live Chat, using the order information that was provided to me on bluecotton.com. The evening communication was a little lacking, only that my connecting to live chat dropped several times, and the website said that service was open until 10PM, but the phone service said that they only took calls until 6PM. This was slightly confusing. After contacting Bluecotton about my missing shirt I did not hear back from my representative until later the following morning of receiving the original shipment. By the time I had received a follow up email from her, I also got another email from UPS stating that my missing order was shipped out at 9PM the previous evening on Rush Over-Night delivery! When I read the email and checked the location of my item, it was already out for delivery in my home town!! Very cool. So my only critique would be clarification of the support availability in the evenings between the website and the phone service recording. Printing service is affordable, print quality is very clear and solid, and the shirt I chose for the project is a very nice quality. They look amazing, even better than I had hoped. I am giving them the highest rating because in the end, even with the hiccup on my order, I received every item on time and they look great. I will be sure to order from BlueCotton again when I need another shirt order. read more

The web site design studio was super easy to use and the shirts printed EXACTLY as I saw them on the screen. Quality is good overall and they arrived precisely on time. The service was good, but the quality of what I received was mediocre at best. That's unfortunate because I paid over $80 for 2 custom shirts. I got a black hoodie with pink print on the back, and a green shirt with white print on the front. Both prints are not done very well; they are liney and thin looking, and no doubt will not last very long. The quality of the hoodie and shirt themselves are top notch. read more

Blue Cotton has been great to work with - especially Nicole. I had to design team t-shirts for our national sales meeting for a gentleman who is very particular about his shirts. I designed the shirt using their online form; however, the shirts were ringing up fairly high (so I thought). So, I called Blue Cotton and spoke with Nicole who took my phone order because she agreed that the pricing online seemed a bit off. She had her art department design the t-shirt according to my description and she was able to get me a better price for the shirts. I am still waiting to finalize the proofs and receive the shirts, but due to the customer service I've been given, I can safely say that I will definitely work with them again. read more

Very bad experience with BlueCotton. I purchased softball shirts from BlueCotton in the spring of 2015 (shirts were ~$25 each). My softball team added 3 new team members in the fall of 2015. Rather than buying the entire team new jerseys, I asked BlueCotton how much it would cost to make 3 more shirts; they quoted a price of $50 per shirt. When I complained about how expensive this price was and that I had given them over $700 of business in the past 6 years they said they would give me a "customer of the week" discount and only charge me $41 per shirt. I would strongly encourage you to take your money elsewhere, my interaction with them gave me the impression that they really don't care. read more

What an amazing experience. I only wanted one t-shirt for myself (not a bulk order for a group event). I had a particular design in mind that included an image and large lettering. I wasn't sure how to make it work on a t-shirt, so one of their graphic designers re-formatted the whole thing so it came out crisp and clear. I can't believe I got such a high level of individualized service for such little money. I love this company. read more

Starting a clothing business I needed to find someone to make the clothes, Blue Cotton is who I chose. I liked the prices and free shipping and the shipping was fast, but those are where the compliments end. Two of my pieces had paint stains in random places, so they sent me two new ones, one was fine but the other had a hole in it. Shirts shrank in dryer even though I picked "pre shrunk" shirts. Now I am out a thousand dollars and stuck with shirts that will shrink if you wash them. Would NOT recommend. read more

These guys are horrible and will never trust them with an order again. We ordered shirts for our event. We paid for the order. Later on, we received an email asking if we wanted to upgrade to rush service for $25. We said, sure. Thats the last we heard from the company. As I was looking through my spam folder for another order from another company that called because we had not answered their email, I noticed an email from Blue Cotton. I checked looked at it and noticed they wanted me to call to pay for the $25. I called today and told them that I had just gotten the email and that they should disregard the rush as the shirts should be here tomorrow. Well, they said that no, because I had a supposed balance of $25, they just left the order unprocessed. No shirts, 2 days before our event. No call from them, no more emails. Just one email and forgotten about. Now we will be attending our event with nothing. She just said, "Sorry, we will just refund your money." These people dont care about their customers. What do I tell my kids? Thanks Blue Cotton fro screwing up our event shirts. Should not be in business. read more

Printing on shirts were crooked on both front and back, shirts say LARGE but are closer to MEDIUM sized. Offered me 50% off a reprint. Wow, thanks but no thanks. Service "bad", and turn around is terrible. Buyer BEWARE! When I said I wouldn't use them anymore and would post negative feedbacks, Nicole just said.... "okay, thank you". There customer service is horrid. I had a legit complaint they offered me a 50% discount on a reprint and resizing, but only if THEY determined that the sizing was wrong, it was way wrong. No regard for their customers, I disputed it with my credit card company and they LIED saying they offered me a refund, soo when i called and asked for it they said no again. stay away stay far far away. read more

I recently ordered a few hats and a hooded sweatshirt from Blue Cotton embroidered with my company logo. The company was quick to verify my color choices and confirmed my order, It arrived WAY FASTER than expected and I did not even pay for quick processing. I am very pleased with the items, which were high quality products with excellent embroidery work. I definitely would recommend Blue Cotton to anyone looking for nice custom embroidered apparel. read more

I really hesitated to leave this review because I have mixed feelings, but anyone looking to order from them should know. I first ordered from Blue Cotton in February. I was a short order for digital prints and everything went fine. I made a larger order in April for a screen print, and again everything went fine. Here's where the problems started. I ordered from them at the end of June, I believe the 29th. When I received the order they modified the artwork that I originally uploaded without and notification or warning. When I contacted them it took about 3-4 days for me to get an answer for what happened. They claimed the art work goes to China then comes back here for print, which honestly makes no sense to me why they would have to go all the way to China to get the design ready. I think I was being lied to. Anyway, they took responsibility for the mistake, took about another 3 days to let me know of a resolution. They claimed the manager was on vacation and they had to try to get in contact with them. Red flag. If you can't operate and make a decision on a mistake you made without a manager that's not a good business practice. So I waited, lost money because I planned to sell the shirts that weekend, but they agreed to reprint them and send new ones before the next weekend. What do you know another weekend gone that I lost money because the shirts didn't arrive. When I contacted them they blamed it on them not having the right shirts. I get the shirts a few days later and lo and behold they are messed up AGAIN! I contacted them to let them know, so now I guess I will have to wait another three days, contact them, and try to find out the resolution. At this point I think I just want my money back. I'm going to lose money AGAIN this weekend and next weekend, unless I pay a bunch of money for another company to have a rush order. At the end of it all it's been almost a month, two misprints, loss of income, and I have nothing to show but two orders of misprinted shirts! I must also admit, although the customer service was never rude to me in any way they are not good at returning calls and communicating during the process. My two good experiences with them were ruined by this one HORRIBLE experience. To sum it all up. If you're doing shirts for a personal reason, due to their good pricing I would say take a chance, but if you are trying to run a business, or need shirts in a timely manner and done right go somewhere else. read more

I ordered 100, custom printed shirts; I already had the logo but they did add wording to it. The proof looked great! I go the shirts and they couldn't have been more disappointing or of poor quality. Not the actual shirt, the printing. The shirts looked as if they were washed out; highly pixelated and the front writing yu couldnt even read! After my initial complaint, I waited 28 hrs. and never did they call me back. I had to call them. Then they made me wait an additional 24 hrs for a "meeting" over this issue. Bottom line, they wouldn't: 1) take the shirts back at their cost. I cant use them--I cant sell them or have my brand be represented like that. 2) they wouldnt reprint without charging the fee again 3) they never even offered a discount. I got zero and have paid out over $1100!!! Every person that has looked at them have said the same thing: poor quality & you can't sell these to the public. I'm disputing it with my credit card company, reporting them to the BBB and filing a claim in small claims! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE read more

They have the BEST customer service of any garment printing company that I have ever worked. Their garments and printing are of great quality and have arrived on time and looked like what was shown in the design studio, which also offers a lot of flexibilty in creating the design for the shirts and is easy to use. Whenever we had a question about our orders, their customer service was very helpful and helped us find a solution quicklly and effeciently. As a coach/teacher, I have used a number of garment providers for my athletes, students, and parents, and BlueCotton is by far the best that I have found. read more

These people are great! I ordered on a Saturday and I got my order that following Friday. Nicole was my customer service rep she emailed me to keep my updated she also let me know that the larger shirts would look a certain way but they all came out great! This company is the best! My pastor loved our culinary/hospitality shirts and we will order from BlueCotton again! Loved the experience! read more
