I would give a zero if I could , we came in around 10 pm tonight and we got to bowl for about 5-10 minutes until the lane started malfunctioning. The lane would gets stuck, count pins incorrectly, and give 3 turns per person before resetting the pins . We went up to the front desk to get a refund and they wouldn't offer more than half refund although we didn't even get half a game in . The owner is supposedly in the hospital which is unfortunate but the people that were left in charge was putting all the problems on her which I feel is extremely unprofessional that nobody in charge had the authority to make it right . The man at the front desk admitted to the lane having multiple parts that needed replaced but still didn't feel obligated to take responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and especially not any family's trying to have fun on a budget . read more

Go atleast once a month. Great service, they have shuffleboard!, and an awesome arcade for the kids. Bowling lanes are good and any issues which is normal are handled as soon as notified. A definite recommend if you're trying to bowl with the family. Pg read more

Our group had to hunt down someone to help us get checked in. We waited about 5 minutes by the front desk and no one came over to greet us. Once we were checked in, things got a lot better. Setting up the lanes machine are easy to use and understand. The lanes are nice. The pizza is decent. There is a cool arcade. We took our grandsons to Blue Fusion for bowling and games. We reserved a lane for 1:00pm and when we got there no one was at the desk up front. There was a man and his daughter waiting ahead of us for a birthday party. After about 10 minutes I had to call their number to get someone to come to the front, we went to our lane. We reserved the lane for 2 hours. The lane kept malfunctioning and we waited time and time again for our balls to come back from the ball return. We tried the reset button but then it would knock all the pins down and the game was all messed up. We ordered food and it took a long time to get 4 hot dogs and fries. We gave up and didn't even finish our second game because the balls kept getting stuck and we got tired of hunting an employee down to fix it. We ended up leaving the bowling portion. There is a restaurant in the facility that I have never seen open in the several times I have been there. We went to the arcade and a lot of the games weren't working. It seems a lot of the employees were preoccupied with birthday parties. I understand you have to have patience because a lot of these places don't have enough employees to run things but when I am paying for the service I want to get what I paid for. I was going to tell an employee when we left about our experience but once again no one was at the front desk when we left. We probably will not be back. $56.00 for a 1 1/2 games of bowling. read more

The lanes will damage your ball if you take your own. 5 balls at 3 different times. We tried to give them a chance, but do not recommend.

I've had 3 of my own balls damaged here and 2 other people, that I know of, have had balls damaged too. All on lanes 19+20. Staff has been informed, and in a 2 month period of time nothing has been done. Is it a fun place to go with your family for a good time? Sure. Will I be going back? No. There is a much better bowling center a few miles away. read more

Completely disappointing establishment. We've tried for 2 weeks solid to book a birthday party.. INCLUDING making a stop in last night 11/23. We were promised, again, by staff the supposed 'party planner' (apparently the only person on the entire staff that can book a flippin' birthday party) would call us first thing this morning. Guess who got a call? Not me... again. So sad, I can remember when the Plaza was there, and burnt down. I can remember when Bluefusion opened, and they had an awesome indoor mini golf, and the big kids play area... both of which are now not operating. What a let down. read more

Came up to blue fusion from Columbus to play a dart league match. The place is huge and has all kinds of stuff going on! Something for everyone of all ages. From bowling, darts, pool, arcade, and food. Place was packed and everyone was enjoying themselves. We were in the bar area playing our match. The bar staff was very helpful and took good care of us. I had a burger while there and was surprised how good it was. Normally bowling ally food is....well...bowling ally food. read more

The staff was rude during a 5 year old's birthday party. We ended up only bowling a couple minutes during the bowling party because of how the staff reacted to many kids ages 5 and under being at the party. If they don't want little kids there then they shouldn't host parties for little kids. This place is not a good place to have a birthday party. They also didn't give us any information about how long we had or when anything would be ready. Basically if you have a party there, expect to receive no guidance and to be harassed by male employees who don't like little kids. read more

I wish I could give this a zero star review. So sad when I come back into town for such a small amount of time and a fun night going bowling with friends gets met with a rude staff towards paying customers. Bluefusion Fun Center should be called Blue fusion No fun allowed center. As soon as We walked through the doors we were greeted with negative attitudes, yes we were a "larger" group (?? 8 people??) but that does not mean your staff needs to act like we are cattle, we do not need barked at like animals. Not only did we spend a large sum of money on games whilst waiting for the bowling league to be over, which we were not rude about, we understand we cannot interrupt a scheduled event. But even after spending $40+ on food and games using our bowling coupon to save $12 on our games was too much to ask for? Not until I asked to speak to the manager ! still hoping our purchase was refunded because she confused the number of people we had. Just a terrible experience and I hope you all take your business to Cooper's, the other bowling alley I just learned that we have in town- I wish I would have. read more

This place was very nice when it first opened. The bowling and bar side of the place still pretty nice. The arcade and children side is terrible. the games will take your money but not work properly. claw and candy machines empty. Tons of games unplugged and games low on tickets you'll win 50 tickets and receive 20. attendants hard to find. after seeing the state of the place we decided not to let our kids play inside their kids play area it seemed sketchy. Then we stood at counter 15 min waiting to redeem our tickets. We would go back to bowl. But I'll NEVER take my kids back to play . read more

They need to have help to supervise the different activities not stand around talking to each other.When a small child is badly injured and management is sued maybe they will realize they have a problem.We have had two birthday parties there and went for a day of fun yesterday,before returning to school.NEVER AGAIN!
