The storage facility is very secure, easy access for us to get the boat, they always pull it out for us within a days notice and put it away once we return the boat. When I know we're coming out to use the boat I give them a heads up and they charge the battery for me if needed and just recently I called to have the boat pulled out and they notified me right away that one of my tires had gone flat. they went out of their way to pull the tire off then go out and get a new tire and had it installed. It was ready for us to use when we got there. I am writing this review as a thank you but more importantly for people like me that don't live in the area that want to store their boat so you don't have to pull it across the hot desert throughout the summer.
