I can't say enough good things about them and how they have helped make this difficult period a little less hard for us. Love the fact that virtually anything goes here to make the last days for people as pleasant and positive as possible. Little things like the ice chest in the hall for the family members, the kitchen and family room for the families to use. Another patient's dog comes to visit and they are gracious enough to allow me to visit with the dog as well. I am here from out of state and really missing my dogs at home - so the dogs visits cheer me up too. All the families try to respect each other in the hallways - but at the same time we realize we are all in the same place - loosing someone we care about - and that is the tie that binds us as strangers together. Absolutely horrible experience with their nurse practitioner, Cindy Hanes. I went in simply to have…read moresome lab orders written, with the only request to have the order split up as I have a phobia of blood draws. My appointment was with Cindy Hanes, and she was incredibly condescending and disrespectful throughout our conversation. When she wrote the lab order, she didn't include certain tests that I (and my previous physician, as I tried to explain to her) requested, but she completely ignored my request to split the test and wrote everything in one order. When I asked her to re-write the order, she said to me (literally, her words) "you can take what I gave you and leave". There were two other nurses standing nearby, and the look on their faces told me that they weren't surprised that this lady said what she said; obviously I'm not the first person to have this experience. I'd strongly advise anyone going to this facility to avoid this lady, as she was by far and away the most unprofessional, and downright rude, health care practitioner I have ever encountered.

I decided to change locations for my therapy from Crestwood to La Grange. There was nothing wrong…read morewith Crestwood. It's just closer for me to come to La Grange. It's a much smaller facility than Crestwood, but it has everything anyone would need. They use all the Covid protocols so after I washed my hands, got my blood pressure and temp taken I was introduced to my Therapist, Rebecah. She took me through a series of questions and then laid out a program she feels will help heal my shoulder and get me back to being able to use my right arm as I should. She put me through a 30 minute workout that made my shoulder really feel good. She then showed me an app for my phone called MedBridge Go. It allows me to do a set of exercises, with a video, at home. I'm glad I made the switch.
