They accommodate your schedule and can offer you a variety of options to strengthen your body. There are also more than one location to keep you from traveling across town. This place actually explained what I had and what causes it / what I need to target and do to help heal and really helped me understand and learn about the problem. Same with the exercises, explaining how they will help and the muscles being strengthened etc. They really make sure you understand everything that is going on instead of diagnosing you and giving you a sheet of exercises. Very friendly people as well. Definitely recommend.

The care of residents is suspect ad the cleanliness consistency is extremely lacking. residents are tolerated but not cared for in the memory care unit and the quality of care is horrible - doors were left unlocked and human feces found in a room not belonging to the person who made the "deposit" . An LPN is the medical "expert" for this facility - not an RN, NP or MD - and that individual is on duty M-F -8- 5. The caregivers are in constant rotation which indicates a problem with staff retention and there is obviously no set, consistent training and indoctrination program for those individuals. we have even noted some caregiver staff stepping off into blind areas of security camera coverage and staying there to chat while residents are in distress. Extremely distressing.

My dad receives outstanding care in the assisted living community. His apartment is always clean and his laundry done. He adores the staff and medical care team. Upon move in, he was frequently checked on and asked how he could be helped (by multiple people). They even introduced him to other residents so he has never had to eat alone. The activities have kept him entertained and socializing with his new pals. He loves that the staff call him Mr. Dave and treat him like an old friend. There are so many wonderful people working at MPLE. I couldn't be happier with our decision to keep my dad independent with a little help from MP.
