Also six months after I paid an invoice they billed me again for another 70 saying I didn't pay enough! Worst place ever!

The nurse at one point said she needed to bring me my insulin pen and I looked at her like she was crazy. I wear a pump. What if they had administered insulin while I was asleep? When I asked why a particular med was not brought (evening) they said I'd already taken it. I absolutely did not. I know my med schedule and I am meticulous about sticking to it. Then they decided to abruptly kick me out because they needed a bed. Would not even allow me to wait until my ride got off of work. I was told to either take an uber (I live 30 minutes away in a less populated area) or wait in the lobby. My labs were still (especially my kidneys) and I was still anemic. This fits the description of patient abandonment and will be dealt with accordingly.

I had a crown fall out and I needed it to be cemented back into place. I called several local…read moredentists and was told I would have to have a complete cleaning, x-rays and an evaluation before having my crown glued back into place, they all said it would cost $300+ I called Aspen, was told I would need to complete similar pretreatment guidelines, but the x-rays and evaluation would be free and the price was not quoted for cementing the crown but it would be discussed after the crown was judged reusable in the Dentists opinion. So I took a chance, I explained I do not have a job or insurance now but they took my x-rays and a Dentist looked at the pictures and my crown and said they could and would help me. The business manager told me the price- just a little over $100. I thought that was very fair. I received compassionate and friendly attention from all of the people I encountered. The Dentist was not in a hurry to rush me out of the office and explained my x-rays to me, showed me an area on my crown she needed to clean and carefully glued it back in to place. I was extremely satisfied and would return for dental care.
