Hours are listed incorrectly and the map shows it in a different building. There is NO HANDICAP PARKING and the waiting room is so small you can't fit a wheelchair inside without blocking the few available seats. Staff was also unprofessional to an 85 year old woman who's daughter had drove her 3 hours for an appointment only to be told hers had been cancelled, then finally asked the doctor who said he could see her. read more

So I called around to the nearest UTC to me and found North Lexington Treatment Assoc. After calling first to ask a few questions I Ubered over to seek treatment. It wasn't anything life threatening, but needed to be addressed before another week went by. There was some paperwork to fill out upon arriving, but my wait time was less than 15 minutes. The staff was very nice and really seemed to like where they worked. My nurse listened closely to my issue and explained everything that she was going to do. The Dr was in my room shortly after and was very nice. She made me feel at ease and relaxed ( i was a bit freaked out). She prescribed and called in my prescription so that by the time I ubered over to the pharmacy it was ready for me. I have to say I was very pleased with the whole experience. Way better than waiting a week and way better than going to the germ factory (emergency room). I would say my total time at the UTC was less than 45 minutes! Remarkable. I will definitely use them again.

I just had an issue and had to change an appointment time for my 4 month olds 4 month appointment. The receptionist told me she couldn't get her in until October. I don't know how they would expect to just skip a 4 month appointment and vaccines. The receptionist seemed nonchalant about it. I understand he is booked but that seemed wild to me, and there is no cancellation list. I honestly asked if we needed to move somewhere else because I can't go to a ped that can't see my kids, and she responded "well that's up to you". So we will be scheduling and moving some place else. If they can't fit her In for vaccines I'm not sure what they would do if she was ill. So unfortunate because Dr. Warner is an excellent doctor and has been so helpful and understanding.
