Purchased the home in November 2022. At the walk through the project manager (who quit 2 months ago) refused to write down the issues I wanted and needed to be repaired. He indicated the warranty team can help you with that. I have put tickets in since January and issues are still not resolved. We have a leak in our shower they refuse to fix. It has caused black mold on the beam near the shower. Rayne Lily and Jered Prather do not do anything with the complaints. They just continue to make excuses and say well that's a home owner issue. Tell me how a shower leak in not even a heat is. Home owner issue, or cracks in the wall, or baseboards not being leveled. Or the fact that all baseboards need to be re-cocked. When you file a claim the team keeps deleting them before they are even ever completed. We still have the fence leaning and nothing has been completed on it. Worse buy ever!!!! read more

I purchased my home in December, 22. At the walk through the project manager refused to write down issues I wanted repaired prior to closing. I questioned the sales rep about not signing until after everything was done and was told if I didn't sign that day that they would cancel my contract and keep my $5k. I requested warranty work for four months until I finally started blasting them on Facebook. That got Bluehaven's attention and they have made a few repairs. I will continue to be a squeaky wheel but I would warn everyone about buying from them. read more

Great floor plan with very efficient features! The flooring is really nice and the home is efficient with spray foam insulation.

I love the quality and their floor plans. Phenomenal homes!!! I recommend them to everyone.

They are horrible with keeping up with their portal on claims submitted. I have submitted a ticket online in regards to my sprinklers and doors in April 2023. To this day June 2023 no one has reached out or came by my house to resolve my issues.to make it worse they closed my ticket as "completed" when no one has even contacted me about it. I have made complaints to Rayne Lily and Jered Prather. When I do hear from them all I get is excuses. For example the excuses are " sorry that our employee has not reached out he's new!". It's common sense to reach out to customers to advise you are behind on your work orders and you will keep in contact with me as to when you can get to mine. It's been 9 months that I have been dealing with claims on my home and with their employees. Since day one I have had issues with communication. I do not recommend Blue Haven Homes. read more

Total disaster. These are not professionals and do not stand by their work. I wish someone had warned me before I made this huge expenditure. I have had problems with heat and air, fence, floors, roof, electrical, and numerous other issues. The warranty ends after a year and Blue Haven will leave you paying for the problem. They do not hire professionals as they are not professional. I hope this review will save others from making the same mistake. Currently I am waiting on an HVAC company to come make repairs to my 2 year old heating and air. Don't buy from these people. read more
