I visited Bluemoon on a Monday night. The shop was immaculate- very clean and well lit. There was a short wait, then amazing great customer service! They were more than willing to answer all my questions and help troubleshoot a device even though I had not purchase it with them. I ended up purchasing a cbd salve. When I mentioned it was for my mom, the man helping me took another product off his shelf (2, 30 mg cbd pills) and gave them to me for free, for my mom. Bait and switchers, these guys are the classic, asshole smoke shop owners. I called yesterday to ask for a puffco peak atomizer, and was told 25$. I figured driving into the city would be worth it if I could get a great deal on the atomizers. I went to the store on commonwealth first; I was told 50 dollars. At this point I thought I must have misheard him yesterday. Just to check, I called the Cambridge store and asked the price. On speakerphone I was told 25$. The owner tells me they made a mistake but will still not honor the price I was now given twice. I went to the Cambridge store, the kid working with me tried to cop an attitude. He told me that he would give me 5 dollars off and some overpriced CBD gummies. I asked for it at cost. He then lied and told me 45$ was cost - only problem is the atomizers cost 40$ on the website. Went to return it 24 hours later and they wouldn't take it back and just told me I was doing it wrong, offered store credit but didn't want anything else. Ended up keeping the pen and went back to try it again and the thing when fully charged died after 2 puffs. Glass is pretty good at this place but they sell shitty electronics and the customer service was so brutal I don't even want to go back even for $70. read more

My bank has been notified and will be investigating and charge back the fraudulent charges. Police have been notified. Blue moon is by far the best smoke shop(s) in the greater Boston area. Best prices by far, staff is chill and they have most products from the old school Stevie Nicks metal pipes to all your dab accessories. Best and biggest shop is in Kenmore sq. I love this shop and the manager! First of all, the selection is unbeatable. You can find whatever you may need here. Secondly, they have a huge selection of hemp CBD products: chewing gum, gummies, chapstick, bath bombs, lotions, etc. I lived in Los Angeles for a while so trust me when I say the selection is seriously impressive. Hop over here for all of your smoking needs, and once the ban is over, go here for vaping needs. They cannot legally sell any vaping products so don't be upset with them! They usually have everything needed for vaping as well but promptly cleared the shelf when the products were banned to abide by the law.
