At no point was I ever told that my appointment could be canceled if they didn't have other clients in my area participating, and that lack of transparency made the situation even more frustrating. Having an appointment canceled so close to the date felt unprofessional and inconvenient, especially after I had already planned around it and paid a deposit. The only positive in this experience is that they did say they would refund my deposit. I truly hope they improve their scheduling, communication, and reliability moving forward so other customers don't end up in the same situation.

Arelis was so great at managing my dog, I didn't think it was possible to get his attention and make him look SO cute in the pictures. (she even laid down on the floor to get some EPIC shots!)
