These therapists are really excellent, genuine, and really enjoy what they do. They also helped recognize the need for Occupational Therapy and provided us documentation for Tricare. In 19 years as an active duty Soldier this has been one of the best experiences of healthcare I've received for my family members. With over six months of bringing her here three times a week I have also observed a high level of professionalism of their staff and the care each therapist provided to the kids here both in the waiting room and during therapy. The first time I visited the office with Christiana I carried her in because she couldn't stand or walk after surgery. I have a bad back and they could see the pain it caused me. It was at that point I noticed the love and care from TLC by helping us with a wheelchair and gifting us a shower chair. Although there were other children's therapy closer to Cibolo we decided to continue with TLC because of the excellent first impression and quick rapport they built with my daughter. Christiana has gained so much confidence and her success here has boosted her self-esteem and enriched her mental health (especially during this pandemic). The therapy was challenging but they always introduced fun concepts into the mix both there and with the at home assignments. The snacks and drinks at the end of each session is of course something my child would look forward to the most. Thank you so much to the entire staff we will always remember TLC Kids as a positive light with so many great memories.

Even letting her know this, she acted as if I should know the exact department I needed and the exact name. First impressions are huge and I wouldn't want to take my child there if I had to interact with her again.

I continuously called and left messages (Not once has anyone EVER picked up the phone when I called) I finally got a call back today and was told that they sent an email saying that they didn't have the correct paperwork. I never got an email and at this point I decided to stop requesting their services and look elsewhere. I started this process in February for reference and it's not April.

I first contacted Blue Sprig in August. I was told I would get a call back in a week. Several weeks…read morelater, after not being contacted, I called. I was pushed out further. My son was finally seen on November 6. On November 12, the director, Kellyn Johnson, contacted me stating she needed to do more research as she did not believe the Sawdust location was the best for my son. She suggested "the farm." Last night, more than three months after my initial call (and two week after the assessment appointment), Ms. Johnson contacted me stating the organization was illequipped to handle my son's comorbid psychiatric diagnoses. This is infuriating as every time I spoke with the organization, I explained my child's behavior and diagnoses. At anytime, I could have been informed they were unable to work with or aid my son and his conditions. This is absolutely unprofessional.  Not only did all of this waste my time, more importantly, it also delayed valuable time son could have been receiving treatment elsewhere.
