Recently I was at a corporate picnic and Raul from BLUEtiful the Clown was there creating amazing balloon ART! I was so impressed by the way he was able to interact with children and adults of all ages and backgrounds. He was FUN, smiling, joyful, energetic and spent HOURS making all types of balloon art. At one point he made a funny balloon creature that he attached to his head and was so funny, playful and the creature was stunning! Bluetiful was a tremendous hit at my daughter's first birthday. Although she didn't get painted, many of her little 6yr old cousins and friends did, and even some of the 10-12yr olds too. Wow, where do I begin...I wanted to make my boy feel special turning '6' (and with a crazy year too) BLUEtiful did just that. After speaking with her on the phone, I knew she was perfect. She exceeded my expectations by bringing my boy a balloon hat (that I mentioned to her on the phone, thinking she just do it at the party. Well she had it all wrapped up for him when he opened the door to see his big grin. She even brought him a gift The way she interacted with the kids was terrific. There was a girl a little hesitant and shy, so BLUEtiful got some crayons and coloring paper for her and she slowly warmed up to get a beautiful unicorn painting. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. BLUEtiful was the highlight of the party and went over and beyond to make everyone feel joy. read more

Bluetiful is so amazing we couldn't of booked a better face painter! I was never into face painting and I saw how it definitely changed the kids frowns to smiles... having them all run around with their choice of design was so sweet :) then the magician came!!! I hired Ryan, a balloon artist, for my company picnic that had over 150 kids. Ryan was the last man standing at our five hour event with many vendors! Extremely disappointed. We booked our son's 1st Bday party way in advanced. We paid to reserve and then I get a call from Alicia aka Bluetiful to tell me she had other commitment but if flexible can still make it to our son's party. Instead of 2 she can make it at 3 stating her clients are important to her and she wants to make us happy. Though we already had activities scheduled we said that will be ok for her to come at 3 pm. She said ok. Then I decided to email her to confirm she still can make it and her husband Raul responded yes she still can. He did offer in place of her he can be the clown for our son as he does magic games and balloons and offered an extra half hour but told him know as I mentioned to his wife we already have someone else booked to do magic and balloons and is a gift to us so it's free. Then just this morning I get an email from Alicia just decided to cancel our son's party. She said she'll refund us. She now puts me in a situation in which I have to find replacement and unsure if we'll find another. I replied to her email EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as if she knew she would be unavailable she should of blocked her schedule. I do not know what else to say but this is not good customer service!!! Be aware if you decide to go with this clown she may suddenly cancel since she's decided to do something else even if you already booked paid and reserved her and received not once but two or three confirmation that she will make it! Very Very Very Disappointing!!!!!! ******************* This is in response to the comment you posted Alicia: I will repeat what I had replied to you on email. Your husband confirmed the day before (on 4/5/18) that you would be available to do my son's party. Then suddenly the next day (4/6/18) you just cancelled our reservation stating you are attending a class and afterwards you don't think you can make it to our party. Again you were the one who told us you can do a later time of 3:00 pm and that your priority was to make your clients happy. Obviously this wasn't true in our case. In addition that's not my fault that you didn't communicate with your husband about the matter, that's entirely between you two and as a result you've set an expectation that you couldn't fulfill, again not good customer service on both your end. When you called me you offered your husband's service I told you I'd think about it and discuss with my husband if we wanted to go with your husband we would call you if we wanted to do that but we decided we still wanted you to do our son's party and before we hung up the phone you agreed to still do our party at 3:00 pm. I never called you back since we decided not to go with your husband. You said you offered an alternative but it's not one we wanted as we wanted a female clown and opt not to have your husband. As I mentioned to you we booked you WAY in ADVANCE in fact the exact date was January 20, 2018. So you should of known that you were booked on that date and yet you suddenly decided to take your class on the date we already booked you to do our party. Or as I've stated in my first comment and on my emails to you that you should of blocked off the date of your class if you were thinking of attending it, so this way we wouldn't have booked you in the first place and this situation wouldn't have transpired! The whole reason we booked you ahead of time was so it's one last thing on my list of to do in preparation for our son's party. Now we'll have to canvas around again in search for a female clown face painter who will hopefully be available on our son's bday party. We are anticipating 300+ guests at our son's party, we would of recommended you to all our friends and family. Yes you've returned our deposit but the experience of dealing with you and this whole situation is absolutely EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! There's really nothing you can say at this point to gain trust back. I don't often leave reviews but ONLY do so when I receive top notch excellent customer service and when I've received a very negative experience! It's too bad it's the negative in this case. After the original face painter I had booked for my daughter's first bday party just bailed and never showed up, Bluetiful came to the rescue. I wanted to cry, it's my baby's first bday and the original face painter just went MIA. My cousin looked for a new face painter and Bluefiful came up and she was so understanding and she did all that she could to make it to my little girls bday party with in minutes!!! I think it was about 30min. Many things went wrong and I'm usually optimistic brush it off and move on type of person. We had a 3 tier cake and top one fell off. It was able to be fixed so we had a 2 tier cake, then the buttercream started to melt. I literally had a melted cake. no face painter for the kids. I ended up getting a new cake, but I really did not think I was going or get a face painter the same day, let alone with in the hour. Bluetiful really made me and 25 little kids real happy. I am so grateful to her and her colleague. They were amazing with the kids. She really does enjoy her job you can tell in her finished work. It's beautiful. This woman has talent, gets into detail. Her pricing is reasonable. If you're looking for a face painter who will not bail, and will not disappoint you, you need to book her right after you're done reading this review. I had hired her for several occasions. I recommended her for multiple parties. On my son's 1st she canceled on the day of. Sent a clown that was a lot older and charged even more than I was quoted. It was unacceptable and upsetting. I emailed my disappointment to bluetiful and she got offended when I mentioned tge clown being a lot older. I mean I hired bluetiful for her presentation. The presentation of the clown she sent me that charged me extra was not what I paid for or chose. She didn't offer me another service or something to makeup for the inconvenience. As a person that works in customer service O would never do this to a client. And by the way i do not discriminate against age to anyone, but if you ordered a princess to come to party and they sent someone a lot older and didn't look like the princess, you would not be satisfied either. Very disappointed because I was a loyal customer and was not treated like one. read more

If I could give more stars I would! Bluediful the clown saved the day for my daughters birthday. I had a clown booked and two hours before she was to show, she had to cancel. I found Bluediful on yelp and within a few hours she was there painting faces for more than 30 kids. All of the face painting was amazing. Please consider her for all your parties.
