When planning my daughter's first birthday this year, I knew I wanted Frannie to be part of it. She was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and arrived early to set up on the day of my party. Even though it was one of the hottest weekends in August and we had an outdoor setup, Frannie remained professional and did an amazing job.
