I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the paint and workmanship was nothing less than outstanding, Shelly is a great communicator and provided me with updates during the entire process starting from our first introduction and Todd is such a professional and master craftsman, the entire process exceeded my expectations and I'm so lucky I found them. Nothing - NOBODY had tires that would fit. Finally, I call 513 Tires - The only tire store that sold the size for my car in a 20-mile radius. Unaware that the main function of this business is just to sell tires, I asked the man on the phone if he could put on the new tires for me if I pulled up to buy them. He agreed and said it might be a few minutes before he can get there. Awaiting his arrival, I was prepared to pay an arm and a leg for two new tires, because that is usually how it goes when these things happen. Nope - The price of two tires was more than fair, to the point where I even asked if I owed extra for labor. Jose explained the process of changing my tires, which was really cool to see. And as it turns out, those few minutes I waited were time spent getting down to the shop for no other reason than to help me. He didn't even have to be there, nor did he have to install the tires. Generally, I think friends, family, and house guests of Mi Amor and I would agree we are neat and tidy people. We first hired Amazing Shine, thinking that they would be a help with the occasional deep cleaning. After just one visit, they brought the meaning of clean to a whole new level.
