If there were more stars, I would have chosen the maximum! The experience in purchasing a new boat was new to us and Clint Spurlin made it incredibly easy. He was patient and informative as we made decisions on color and accessories for the Key West 1720. Clint gave us a date that the boat would be available to us at the marine center. The boat arrived on schedule and we took the boat out on the sea trial. The sea trial captain (Dave) happened to be the owner of the Aloha Marine Center but did not tell us he was until after the trial. My point is that the organization takes a hands on approach from start to finish making sure that the customer is very satisfied with each purchase. Even the financing was smooth and easy. We had our 25 year old SeaRay 185 4.3L MerCruiser engine refurbished recently, including engine block and several new parts. Have taken the boat out 6 times now for a 35 mile round trip, and it runs like new again. Mike Iazzetti and his crew did an excellent job. Had a problem raising the stern drive after the 2nd run and brought it back in, expecting to leave it for a few days. But Mike immediately checked it out and spent most of the day working on the hydraulic pump and then took it for a ride on the river. For no additional charge. Above and beyond service. Very nice people. Brought my boat there for consignment. Wasn't keen with the price they were trying to do so taking it to South Florida where boats are worth more money because people have more money. But all of the staff was very friendly. They helped me hook the boat up and even sprayed chemicals on it for the rusted bolt that wouldn't release. Far above and beyond what was necessary for them to do since they weren't making any money off of me. If I were to purchase another boat once I sell my current one I would definitely come back. read more

One of the worse service experiences and professionalism regarding price I have ever experienced. I purchased my boat from here back in 2018. Took it in to get annual service and speakers installed (that i had already purchased all of the equipment myself) for just normal service since the boat is still almost in mint condition and is very well taken care of. After a week of no update, I called and got a quote for over $3,500. Expressed my shock and concerns and said I wanted an itemized list before I approve. Then I got a call back 20 mins later that the price dropped to $1,400 somehow for just the service. I had approved them to move forward to start the service and then they were going to look into seeing about doing the speakers. No call for two weeks then finally told them I needed it for the weekend. It was done in a day after that but then was told the speakers turn off as soon as I throttle the boat and was asked if I wanted to just pick it up like that with it not working properly. Told them to fix it. They ended up taking the amp out to "fix it". Turns out it was wired incorrectly and I have found someone else to do it. Got the boat back and it was filthy and seemed like it was just rushed through. Also ended up paying $2000 which was never quoted or advised prior. It's very clear I was taken advantage of and overcharged, treated unprofessional and the quality of the work was sub par. I will no longer be having my boat serviced here or making anymore purchases with them. I will also not longer be recommending them to anyone else and they have already lost customers I know due to this. read more

Stopped by and looked at 2018 F18 Bayliner Element. It was priced but not for sale as it needed a steering cable. I left my phone number and email address with salesman and requested a call when it was ready to be sold. Two weeks later I stopped in and spoke to the same salesman and the boat was still not ready to be sold. A week after that I went to the Daytona Beach Boat show and Aloha Marine was there represented by numerous personnel including sales manager and same salesman I spoke to twice previously. I inquired about the boat and steering cable and it was not yet ready. The sales manager made a direct request to the salesman to contact me as soon as it was ready and he agreed. Last night I saw the boat posted for sale on their website. I had not received any communication from them so I sent an email asking if the boat was now ready to be sold. I received no response so today I drove to their location from New Smyrna Beach. I went in and spoke to the same salesman I spoke to several times and he informed me the boat had been sold over the weekend. I passed up several other boats for sale waiting for this boat to be ready. All the salesman had to say was they get this type of boat in all the time and he would call me when another one arrived. No apology, no regret, nothing! I suggest anyone interested in purchasing a boat to look elsewhere. Customer service here is horrible! read more

Called on a new Key West 239fs. They are selling this 75k boat for 95k marking this boat up 20k. Sales person texted me the invoice by mistake showing the real cost. Went and talked to sales manager who wouldn't let me see the invoice. This place is scamming and robbing people! Don't buy their!! Just a quick update. Went over the invoice again and I made a mistake. The 75k was actually with a 10k markup so the actual total markup is 30k not 20k! This dealer is a complete crook! Update from owner post: There is no way to justify your business marking up boats 30K to Rob people because of the boat shortage. I called other key west dealers and there markup was at most 20K for the same boat. You also should be ok with showing customers the invoice to justify your markup. I really hope people do there homework on your marina before they buy. Honesty is always the best policy and your not an honest business. If you continue to misrepresent yourself and your business I'll post the pic of the invoice. read more

Consignors Beware. Left my boat 2 months ago for consignment sale. I advertised it for the Aloha Marine on Marketplace. Found them a buyer in 2 weeks. Buyer wanted the dealer to inspect the boat. I reached out to the dealer 2 weeks later and they told me they where slammed and hadnt been able to check it out. Keep in mind the have only 13 boats on there lot for sale. Another month goes by and I hear from a Marketplace buyer that he was told by a salesman from Aloha Marine that they did a sea trial with my boat and the it had too many repairs needed and that he should contact me if he wanted to buy it. He was told they were giving the boat back to me. I called and spoke to Ken the manager and he immediately told me that it wasnt working out and I should pick it up. Also told me they didnt sea trial the boat. I ended selling my boat after changing out the dead battery to the gentleman from Marketplace the same day I picked it up after doing my own sea trial. Nothing was wrong with my boat. Strangest experience I ever had dealing with a boat dealer.I want to thank Pete the salesman for all his help.
