Very sad with my experience with lambton tree service had them come to quote a tree removal they…read morecame the next day and as it turns out their quote was the best price out of all the quotes so i call them to book and was told i would be called a week later I noticed that all the locates had been done for the water,gas lines but still no call so i called and left a message a few days later not call back so i called again and got in touch with a women who told me they must have for got to call and she would have them call me to set the day so another week passed still not call so I waited because she said the are really busy and i did not want to bug so i let it go for 4 weeks and i call again no answer so I leae a message and i week later no call back so i call all the numbers on the paper quote that they gave and Ron picks up the phone and i ask if they where still going to my tree he tells me some story about somebody calling and canceling the cut 3 times from out east and says so you still want the tree removed and i say yes so he tells me they will come and cut It down Friday June 15 and sorry for the misunderstanding and today 1 day before the tree is to be cut down i get a note on my car sorry cant cut your tree down its to close to the power wires funny thing is the tree is in the same spot it was in when he came to price it so why now is it to close not a very Christian way of doing business didn't even knock at my door to tell me they wouldn't do it just left a note on my car

A very nice woman who was with them & one of their younger workers came over and finished shovelling my driveway & cleaned out at the bottom of my driveway the build up from the snow plow. They cant take any accountability but theres text proof the owner was told about the issue, so it cant be denied. One week later the breakes fail and he blames said employee. Fired him and kept his last pay check. Owner claims his insurance company wants to drop him over the accident so wouldnt be suprised if they dont even have proper insurance and license, because why would they want to drop YOU if you did everything correct? Have text proof he was informed of break issues a week before an employee was in an accident due to failed breaks. Cops deemed the truck had to be towed and employee was not issued a ticket, because it was obviously out of his control and break line was visibly wet. (have picture)The owner of this company fired the employee and claims his mechanic says there aren't breaks issues. Mind you this accident was with a school bus. The owner keeps trying to blame the employee for being on the phone, not paying attention, speeding, which are all false accusations. No ticket was issued. He also keeps telling the employee "he should thank god there were no kids hurt or you'd be in jail" Again NO TICKETS ISSUED TO THE EMPLOYEE. The owner is just trying to cover his ass and also with holding the employees last check. I am the former employee.
