Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. Like i said...Buyer beware, terrible customer service...do you want to ever deal with a company who would rather throw insults than to solve problems. Created bedding around our deck that included Hostas/mulch and area for us to put storage bins. Also added brick pavers at the foot of our deck and wow! Everything was stunning!! We would have mud puddles for days after a heavy rain. Our wonders were constantly getting sick from either running in the standing water or drinking from it, and we constantly had to go to the vet for them. It also caused so many bug and mosquito problems every summer, that we never wanted to even sit outside. Well Haro fixed all of that!!! They regraded the yard, put in a French drain, and laid down new sod for such a reasonable price. (We did get 3 other quotes by reputable companies in the area, but they wanted much more for way less services). Haro fit us into their schedule pretty quickly and were done in a day and a half. Our yard is able to be used all the time by us and the dogs. It had been 3 months, and we have not had to make a trip to the vet and the mosquitoes have almost disappeared. We are able to let the dog run around an hour after it rains and have fun without being worried about them getting into mud! We can sit outside at night and enjoy the fire or hot tub without being eaten alive. Everyone at Haro was so nice and easy to work with. I would 1000% use them again and recommend them for their services.
