He uses classic bate and switch tactics and it completely unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional. He changed products and when used too much material charged me extra for his waste. He dropped off a crew of 7 non-English speaking Guatemalans and I never saw him or his supervisor again. They were unfamiliar with how to install skylights, left nails and debris UNDER the rubber membrane, did not cover the entire roof with bituman around the edges and after a couple of rain storms, now the new roof leaks. To top it off when we complained he placed a lean on our home until he got all of the money we contracted with him for a water tight roof that he never provided. The work was poorly done, and despite two attempts to fix it, the issues were never resolved. After that, Fabio stopped responding and never returned. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this company. He is a thief!! Buyer Beware Fabio of FC Masonry claimed to be licensed, but I was unable to verify any valid license. The work to level pavers and apply polymeric sand was done poorly. He attempted to fix it twice, failed, then stopped responding and never returned. Very unprofessional. Due to this major part of the project was left off like painting after they hung the new drywall or fixing the crooked ceiling or replacing the electrical outlets. When we brought any concerns up they would just talk in circles instead of owning up to there mistakes and fixing the issues. I personally will never hire them again because they cause more headaches than they do fixing things. It is very unclear who is in charge. I had about 4 different people tell me they are an owner of this company. Very poor structure resulting in even worse service.
