Amazing flight with a spectacular crew. Skip, our pilot, was a great guide and very experienced with flying the balloon. I was unsure what to expect since this was my first time. He was very calming and completely relaxed, which was fantastic for anyone that is a little anxious. After the flight, Toni (his wife) was waiting for us with a delectable breakfast. Awesome experience!! I purchased a ballon ride as a surprise for my husbands birthday. Toni was exceptional in helping set everything up. Our ballon guide Skip was terrific also in explaining everything and made us feel safe.They also took pictures, video, and had snacks at the end of the ride with a toast. I surprised my wife with a balloon ride for her birthday. The experience was beyond our expectations! Tony, Skip, and the rest of the staff are excellently trained and use only the very best and safest equipment. We were up in the air an hour, and met many new friends below as people stopped what they were doing and waved at us! The champagne and hors d'oeuvres provided a perfect ending!
