I feel a need to help this place review wise. We've had numerous birthdays here and countless visits when we were not throwing a party for our kids. The place is safe, clean, and a great environment for kids. Great music selection to keep the kids happy. The games are always in good working order. The facility is well kept and brightly lit on the outside. They even run an after school care center out of this place. The food is meh, but better than most places like this. Pizza isn't really that terrible. I'll be back again and again. It's our neighborhood skating rink! read more

What an awful experience. You'd think that with the prices they charge the place would be nicer with better service, but that's too much to ask for from Skate Odyssey. It's infested with roaches, covered in grime, and smells so bad I felt like I needed to hold my breath. I don't even want to think about what the snack bar looks like, I'm so sure they're breaking health codes. The staff was incredibly rude to myself and other customers, and they obviously don't care about the safety of the kids there as they watch and laugh as unattended children hurt each other. The owners of this facility should be ashamed of their business, but I doubt they are as there are no efforts to make it better. They are crooks. read more

I recently came to Skate Odyssey with my eleven year old son over the weekend. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the place and it wasn't too crowded. My son is still in the beginner stages of learning to skate so I found this rink to be perfect for him. We will definitely be back soon! read more

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I went here on a Saturday night to get out of the house. We walked in and our first red flag should've been that NONE of the employees had masks on in the middle of a pandemic. We decided to buy tickets anyway and walked into a covid frenzy. No one inside were wearing masks and nobody was enforcing it either. We left immediately as it felt like we were going to get covid as soon as we entered the building. We attempted to get a refund as we felt unsafe inside and the maskless employee refused to give us a refund even after seeing us 2 seconds before hand. Will not be returning. A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. Do not come here if you're trying to keep your kids safe during all this. read more

This place is a complete joke. Their prices went up on everything but no notice. The skates that come with the party package is a lie, they do not include a pair of skates with the party package even though it said it did. We had a problem with a 14 year old pushing over all the kids while trying to speed skate and they did nothing. We paid $350 for two small pitchers of soda and glow sticks. I included pizza when I booked the party just to get there and find out you have to pay separately once you get there, which also was never told to anyone. We stopped in from our long road trip to do some roller skating. The skates were obviously old and worn. I had a torn skate and I couldn't tie them tight enough with the small laces they had on them. The rink seemed clean and the cement floor was freshly painted. I was used to skating on a wood floor. If the family is looking for somewhere to get a quick inexpensive entertaining place to go, this is ok. read more

This place is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. We scheduled a birthday party here today, paid in advance as required, & were ready for a great time with 30+ kids only to find out TWO HOURS before the party that a "PRIVATE PARTY" had been booked AFTER we booked ours & they were unable to accommodate our already agreed upon terms. No phone call, no notice, NOTHING. The manager was rude and seemingly unwilling to accept responsibility- so in a rush, we have to post a parent up at the skating rink to divert our partygoers to a nearby MCDONALDS. What a NIGHTMARE. Not to mention the disappointment of 30 six year olds AND their parents!! Don't waste your time with this waste of an establishment. read more

My family and I went on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't crowded at all which was good since I was trying to teach my toddler how to skate. They had those roller bars (for an extra fee) for the kids that need assistance skating instead of having the kid skates like I had back when I was learning to skate.
