I'll admit, I was a bit nervous me being in Arizona and doing this from so far away. I called and talked to Jeff, I got him access to our old place he called and emailed me with a firm quote. I have been ripped off by the movers we used to originally move in. Jeff's quote seemed fair. He told me its a firm quote. Moving day came, later in the day Jeff called late afternoon with news the room was complete. I actually knew that, the house has cameras. I watched them as they moved everything in. I will say, I was impressed at the care and attention taking care of our furniture. Thank you! This 5 Stars is well deserved.

The good - the scheduling was easy. The movers showed up and did a nice job wrapping the furniture…read moreand moving it. They moved at a normal pace. The bad - I was given an estimate of the time it would probably take for the move. I asked specifically if the estimate was firm or by the hour. I was told 2 men, a truck by the hour. When it was time to pay, the cost was much higher than I expected. I inquired and was told that travel time TO/FROM the location(s) was counted. That's like getting paid to drive to/from work. I would never have agreed to this had I known. This means they charged me 1.5 hours for travel time outside of any work being done and not when stuff was in the truck. They arrived at 10:30 and were done at 2:20 and we were charged 5.5 hours. I've moved a ton and no reputable company would do this. And the kicker was a $175 truck fee. The truck was a U-Haul I could have rented for $30/day. Even adding gas etc we are nowhere near what was charged. This was a local move mind you. Distance between locations maybe 15 miles. Do better Fully Involved!

Many boxes not labeled at all..had no idea what room they came from or contents. Moved my wife's desk without packing the drawers...contents spilled everywhere..what a mess. Took several days for owners to contact me...had to email twice. Apologized but offered little in terms of compensation...poor performance by all...including ownership. I would steer clear.

But they would do their very best to stay as close to the 2 hours as they could. They finished loading us up in 2 1/2 hours with zero damage to any of our things. Best movers we have ever had.
