When disputing the invoice I received an email directly from Mr. Lynch which essentially said "prove it". I paid the $97.50 because for me it wasn't worth the argument. It is however important for me to make others aware that they need to be clear about charges when speaking with this firm (especially if not under retainer). I would also be concerned about the qualifications and values of this firm.
