Well I don't know his abilities with criminal law, we hired him as a landlord tenant issue when she's not 100% familiar with yet took our case anyways. He did amazing on the first hearing but then fell off, became extremely unavailable due to a series of supposed hospital visits, I ended up doing majority of the work myself which was difficult being I'm not a lawyer. He should have recused himself as our attorney and removed himself as counsel on record but the fact that he didn't in the end was our ultimate demise and though on paper it still stated him as our attorney he did absolutely nothing towards our case except make it so that we could not appeal afterwards. I paid for everything myself out of pocket for copies each time of everything and $100 lunch to meet with our attorney the day before the hearing which we paid for and he alerted the other side to what we were going to do before it happened which I thought was unheard of so that they were able to go ahead of us and get it thrown out before we had a chance to present our case! Pretty underhanded pool being played here and so I warn anyone thinking of hiring this attorney that he plays dirty pool or doesn't like to work I'm not really sure which one. But never involve feelings or sympathy when it comes to lawyers because they only care about money and this one does "a lot out of spite" as stated by the attorney himself. God forbid you ever question his work ethic because he threw our whole case out of spite....bs.
