Excellent company! This was a major project they did for me. The existing wood floor had to be…read moreremoved and was replaced with tile. The tile was a special type of installation with the smallest space between large tiles with a natural marble design on the tile where the veining had to match up throughout. These experts started by carefully protecting all surfaces and items that could not be moved out of my home. The project was on the second level so lots of going up and down for removal of the old floor, tile cutting, baseboard cutting and much more. The project was very involved, as it was the entire living area with a kitchen and a bathroom, and there were unexpected issues with the existing construction that needed to be addressed to complete the new floor. They were amazing and knew exactly what to do with every aspect of the project, with extreme precision and skill. I was impressed with how talented everyone was. Highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled and meticulous. And with strong design recommendations for everything, if I wanted them, and I did want them - because they were great recommendations. They took the time at the very start to help me choose the most beautiful flooring possible, and kept the same level of creating a beautiful floor from start to finish. They even made selections for me during the project that were higher end that didn't add cost. Everything they did was outstanding. The level of skill of every type was incredible. Martin and Greg really took into account what we wanted and provided useful feedback to help us design what we needed. Both of the bathrooms are fairly small spaces so it was helpful to have their design ideas and what they knew would work for the space. Additionally, the trades that they work with were very professional; we were living in the house as they did the renovations and they were all respectful of our space and time. The only drawback for the whole process was that it did take a much longer time to complete the project than we expected or they had projected - but they were good about keeping us updated and in-the-loop so we knew what was happening and where the holdups were. We would definitely recommend them and if we have any future remodeling plans we would work with them again.
