Then they compacted the stone base. The final step included 2 layers of hot mix asphalt. Yes, they used 2 layers!!!! The final product is incredible. My neighbors said they can't believe how thick the entire surface became. They agree that our driveway is the best they have ever seen. The asphalt crew was very friendly and diligent. (While on my roof for the initial estimate, Kevin also noticed a seal that was dry rotted and brought that to my attention as something to fix as well which I really appreciated) So we had to replace our gutters. We switched from 5in to 6in. Every step of the process was done promptly and professionally. Every member of the team I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Even after the initial install when I needed one minor correction, I never felt worried that I was being blown off or lesser priority. I was not charged for the service until it was done to my complete satisfaction. Our new gutters are fantastic and look really nice too.
