Toward the end, David mentioned that his vacuum was already packed away and declined to retrieve it, which left certain areas less thorough than expected. While the overall result was acceptable, the work would likely have been completed more efficiently and with greater attention to detail if additional help had been provided. The pricing was reasonable and on the lower end compared to competitors. That said, I would have preferred paying a bit more for a team-based approach that could have completed the job in fewer hours with a higher level of efficiency. Additionally, I noticed that David posted a review on Yelp stating I was satisfied, which I found misleading. When I discussed this with David he said you signed an agreement to allow me to take photos and give reviews when you signed your initial contract. I found this a little shady. Reviews should be written by the customers themselves, not the service provider. Overall, I would rate the service as average, around 3 to 4 stars.
