That was satisfactory AFTER I HAD TO RENEGOTIATE THE FINAL INCREASED COST. The charged me $200 to fix crumbling sidewalk calk and seal the side walk to the foundation. Didn't patch completely and refuse to complete ( even at the outrageous charge) Additionally, exterior electrical outlets no longer are operational. They have not been used since they left. They tell me it's not their issue to deal with. Just as a reference, I asked for a quote on two pergolas to be installed at the same property. They quoted $18K. I was able to get the job done by Alamo Patio Covers for $8K. Beware if doing business with these guys.

Not only did he show up when he said he would, but he also gave a fair estimate for the repairs, and I had a lot to be done. We agreed to a price and a date for him to start the work. I paid 1/2 up front and lo and behold, his team showed up on time and went straight to work! After I saw how good and professional, he and his team where I added a few jobs to be done. They took a built-in bookshelf in the living room and removed it to enlarge the closet. This job was completed and they matched paint and wood flooring perfectly! I then had them also paint my carport to match the paint on the repairs (porch & deck) around the house. In less than 2 weeks I had my windows replaced, pergola rebuilt, screened in porch painted, closet/living room done, 4 car carport repainted, and the list just goes on. To say I am pleased is an understatement. I am amazed! Professional, communicated well, kept to his agreement, finished the job in a timely manner and it was a fair price. Any customer would be pleased to have him do work for them. They do it all, from sheetrock, to masonry, to painting and so much more! Two different people have told me there are no braces to support the deck from underneath and eventually it will start to sag and give way. I have reached out to the owner numerous times and have been told he will come by and still no one has shown to address the instability of my deck. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for a stable deck. Unfortunately, a friend referred me and I gave them a chance. Lesson learned.
