I had to point out several times what I was unhappy with and Randy's replay was always we will take care of it. He never did. I have had to pay another company to come in to cut in corners, clean up his mess, fix the issues he left behind, and they did a much superior job and at a better cost. Randy left my house and personal this with paint and drywall mud overspray on stuff and never cleaned it off or after I took the time to show him. He always told me they will take care of it. His wife would always email me payment draws. Most of the time they were over the amount of the work Randy had done. I would call her and tell her this and she would always say did you show Randy? Yes how many times do I have to hold his hand and walk him around pointing out the issues? The last draw he wanted I had ready for him and not for the amount he requested he told me that the crew and him are on their way and asked me about the amount I told him. Hours went by and he was the only one that arrived so I asked were his crew is at his reply was that they are all taking the day off and they will be here tomorrow. I gave him his check (big mistake) and he never came back to finish. At this time I have been pursuing legal representation. Randy will take you to the cleaners if he gets a chance to and so will his wife. Don't let the sign on his truck fool you about serving the Lord.

A visitor to the home today thought she was going to fall through the floor and could not believe the noise. Upon inspection of the receipts shows he used 15/32" not the 3/4" that I had requested because even I know better. He didn't show up for 2 days that he was supposed to work. He used 1"x 2" wood instead of baseboards. He has failed to provide me a receipt for 5 days now for the $750 labor I paid him to do this UNACCEPTABLE SHOTTY work. Further inspection of his business website is void of a contractor's or business license, no fax and no business address. Additional investigation shows no business license on record for any of the various business names associated with him in the state of Texas. And several phone calls and texts have gone ignored today. We don't expect to hear from him, as it is apparent to me of his true intentions to rip us off. Now we have to hire a competent contractor to pull up everything he did and do it all over again, at our expense. And after he showed up to provide a bid for the work, he showed up the next day unannounced, stating he had his tools and could start work. I should not have allowed him to start as he was rushing and now I know why.
