I called the office and nobody would talk to me about it and I left a message explaining why I was upset and nobody ever got back to me. Please do not visit this place. Nurses always have problems drawing blood from me so they brought in another person who used the pediatric needle and they both stayed and made jokes until it worked with the pediatric needle. I never felt rushed and the staff seemed relaxed, friendly, and very competent. I've seen him 3 times and each time the staff remembered me and were friendly. I absolutely recommend Dr. Lofton and this clinic.
