My long-term experience at Collierville BMG shows that the quality of care depends entirely on which doctor you see. For over a decade, I had an excellent experience under Dr. Wallace. He was attentive, truly listened, and consistently responded to messages within 24 hours. When I tried other clinics, I realized how exceptional his care was. Recently, I returned to BMG but had to see Dr. Ongsingco as Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Dr. Ongsingco seems disinterested, rushes through appointments, and takes nearly a week to respond to messages, if he responds at all. I really like this place. I also like that they're so big that I can to any location. It's been convenient when I get sick and need to see a doctor the same day. I have mostly been treated well. There's always specific doctors you won't gel with but luckily there's so many people you can just request a different doctor. I seem to get along well with most of the ones at Collierville which works because I don't mind who I see for each appointment. I also like tha tI can use the app to message them. read more

After making an appointment and verifying that they take our insurance, we drove 45 minutes for nothing. The practice decided after making the appointment that they didn't accept our insurance (Cigna) and didn't bother to call back to cancel. Staff is extremely unprofessional. Office manager was asked for and they refused. Front desk girl (blonde, mid-20s) was very rude. read more

My appointment was at 2:15 I arrived at 1:40. I had a sinus infection and had been feeling bad for over a week. I had pain in my face and eyes,my head was hurting really bad. I had a continuous cough and and sore throat. I expressed this when I scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival I'm being told because I have Covid symptoms I have to go back to my car and drive to the back of the parking lot and wait in my car until someone comes out to give me a Covid test. It would have been nice if this had been expressed to me when I made the appointment. I get in my car and drive to the back and park. I sat there for over 45 minutes the whole time I see several employees enter and exit with several plates of food as if they were having a pot luck of some sort. Some even stood around and talked for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. After about 45 minutes someone calls me to inquire about my symptoms for the third time at this point I'm extremely frustrated so I explained to her this is the third time I've been asked about my symptoms and that I've been waiting a really long time. She said she would be out shortly and I hung up. 5 minutes later another employee calls to say the first lady was so upset that I she refused to do my test. This person is saying that she would now do my Covid test so I asked what was she so upset about she said because I hung up on her. She then said no one she have to hung up on by a patient. When I went to explain to her how long I had been waiting and why I was so frustrated she hung up me. By the time someone came out to give me my test in was 3:40. I guess their socializing was more important than their patients.. I have been going to this office for years and have never been treated so poorly and will never go to this office again read more

I do not have a PCP. I do not take meds on a regular basis. In the past, I would just call Cigna and then go where they would tell me; ER or Minor Med! Today's visit was horrible! I was there 2 hours and told that because I have a history of "going to minor meds around town" that they cannot really treat me because it's a red flag! Are you kidding? I left there feeling helpless, frustrated and completely unsatisfied with the visit! read more

This is the most inept group I have ever seen. I went to the Cordova office yesterday and they never sent my meds to the pharmacy and I can't get in touch with anyone to get those sent in. read more

BMG just got Epic. This is good news. This means each patient gets an invite to MyChart. It is nice to have my EMR in my possession at anytime. The doctors and PA's are great people. read more

These guys are convenient in Collierville, and it's easy to get an appointment with some doctor in the group. The more personable doctors are booked several weeks out, but I take that as a good sign overall. Wait times are reasonable, nurses are pretty decent overall. They have taken multiple insurance as my coverage has changed over the years. A solid option, in my opinion. read more

As a young adult male, going to the doctor routinely wasn't something really on my radar. What started as what I thought would be a one time visit, has become my official pcp. Dr. Tabitha Marek has a great "bedside manner", is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and sincerely cares about the patient, not just about getting them in and out. The PA cussed and raised her voice. I was just trying to tell her my symptoms and what was happening. She kept interrupting me and I never got to tell her everything what I was feeling and the pain areas I had. It was a waste of a day. read more
