Recently, I returned to BMG but had to see Dr. Ongsingco as Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Dr. Ongsingco seems disinterested, rushes through appointments, and takes nearly a week to respond to messages, if he responds at all.
