Been shopping here for close to 5 years because it's close to home, and for no they reason. I'm a DIYer who spends a lot of money at hardware stores. The staff was friendly at first but I've seen a steep decline with time, leading me to dread shopping here. The store is small with few options, high prices and rude(understatement) / unknowledgeable staff (obviously not everyone). What I have noticed with this store is that they cater to contractors. Even though they are supposed to be a local small town hardware store it is clear through years of interaction that they don't give two ducks about local clients/non contractors.
