I was looking for gloves that I could use for outdoor photo sessions in the winter (the ones with the special rubber pads on the finger tips to help grip things) and the sales guy knew exactly what I wanted, helped me get the right size and took as much time with me as with the customer before me who was buying a kayak. I also needed warm boots and the clerk in that department asked lots of questions to understand my needs, then made several recommendations. He found my size, helped me choose the right socks - and even told me about special discounts that were not advertised. When I approached the cash the pay for everything, the HUGE pre-Christmas lineup almost made me put everything back... But I was VERY impressed at how quickly I moved through the line. It's nice to shop at a store that actually staffs the check-out counter with plenty of people so customers don't have to wait to pay. Great experience and would definitely recommend that you shop here for all your sportswear needs!

They could not find anything and the sell lady looked me like if she never heard that request before. The sellers ignored me for the first half of my visit. I only had somebody come to me when I was in the changing booth. The stock was not in order, if I wanted to search my size, there was no clear method of how the bras were placed. You could have a 34B next to a 34D , 36D, 34D, 36D and so on, only the model are grouped but even then you will find a bra that is similar not in the right place. The bras look like quality items, but it's less orderly placed then a department store. Some sales items look phenomenal, but I couldn't find my size, is it because they did not carry my size, or I could not find it because it was all rounded up wrong? I left the store feeling down. Maybe I hit a bad day, if I go back and things goes better, I will gladly change my review.

The owner Robert was very friendly and helpful. Huge selection of hats, jerseys, and other team apparel - and not just the Montreal teams. Also a nice selection of historic jerseys. So this is a double great review - one for Yelp for recommending this store, and one for LogoSports. Robert was the bat boy for the Montreal Expos back in the day so lots of baseball apparel too. Go here first if you're looking for logo apparel and save some money for the great food in Montreal. I don't know why the review says I'm from San Francisco, I'm from the East Coast.

I have always been happy until now. i have no idea why they are ghosting me. i placed an order on 10/31/25 and they have noted a 5-6 week lead time which means they should have at least shipped by 12/12/25. i reached out on 1/9/26 (four weeks after their longest projected lead time) and no answer. i emailed again multiple times without answers on 1/19/26 and 1/22/26. i called numerous times between 1/9/26 and 1/22/26 and left voicemails that were not returned. i even text the number i found in a review from this site numerous times and never got a reply. i have reported fraud to my card service company for this charge and have already been refunded. i hope everyone who has issues with Custom Throwback Jersey's reports them to the card services so the company can either get their act together or be removed from card services contracts. and if this is a "I hate America, their president, and their tariff's" game because they are based in Canada, all they needed to do was cancel my order or charge me the tariff. ghosting customers who have paid in advance for a service or item deserve to stay in communication regarding their purchases. maybe they hate me because I'm from LA and i ordered a Dodger jersey and we just beat the Blue jays in the World Series. :)

Five stars for absolutely first class customer service on a walk-in repair job…read more Short version: Through blatant and admitted poor judgement and misuse (note to self: do NOT cram ten pounds of shit into a five-pound bag), I managed to bust and hideously mutilate the main zipper on my favorite little Arcteryx dayback. Phoned the store, recounted my idiotic tale, asked if the factory did zipper replacements. Was told that if I could bring it in, they'd look at it and tell me if it was feasible. Upon inspecting the bag, the assistant manager insisted on sending it to the mother ship for a new zipper under warranty, even though I repeatedly told him that the rupture was my fault. Factoring in labor, bookkeeping, and the prepaid FedEx they returned it to me with, they lost a lot of money on my dinky hundred-dollar packsack. I own a half-dozen of their bags and garments. The designs aren't always perfect, but I'll keep buying their stuff when it mostly meets my needs, because their after-sales service is bricklike.
