Brought a $25000 car and had dents all over it, broken and damaged moulds, touch ups from what seemed like a 3 year old with a paint brush and had not been detailed. I asked for $350 so I could get it detailed and couple dents removed and was denied. They tried to say was my friends doing that picked up the car and sent me 2 photos of the car taken from 5 meters away to prove their case. I told them to take as many photos as possible of the car before it left Sydney and that was not done either. The eccelctic, everchanging range of beautiful, amazing and ultra-rare pre-2000s cars is second to none--literally. You only have to go to their website to see what I mean. They have cars from every category, from Renault Spiders to Piaggio Apes, Porsche 356s to Lancia Delta Integrales, the list goes on... The staff are friendly and welcoming too. This is truly an automotive gem and I recommend that any car nut get there ASAP.

I arranged a test drive and decided pretty early on that it was the right car for us. There wasn't a hard sell - I pretty much sold the car to myself. A car's a car. A necessary evil. We did a trade-in on our old car which had tiny mileage for its age and Dean who runs the yard there tried to spin me the line about the car being old and he'd paid very little for a car like that last week until I pointed out that my vehicle had almost 100,000kms less on the clock but he still didn't budge on the price. At the end of the day we were both happy with the price but they didn't really give me any discount. The trade-in aside it was a smooth experience to hand over our cash and the paperwork was easy to fill out. We chose a Toyota because whilst the styling on European vehicles is more appealing (to us) parts and servicing are astronomical in Australia - Asian cars are much more affordable to maintain. The car includes a 3 year warranty and Toyota offer fixed price servicing but watch this as the service is not the full service recommended in the Handbook. All round a good experience so far. Fingers crossed. They have a service depot and new car sales too.

I am always on the lookout for "great" customer service experience. First time to Audi service --…read moreit all started with being able to make my booking from the web/iPhone. Then arriving to my drive in concierge, greeted at the reception by a smile, and offer for coffee and/transport. I said I was just going to run -- "I can do that in a take away cup if you like sir", hmm.. Do you have soy? "We don't but if you are ok to wait a minute I can go downstairs to the cafe and bring you up one" :) cool. Full iPad check in, and service details emailed to my account. I ended up staying for a bit as their was a free shuttle to Surry hills and wifi as well for me to write this review. Sam also showed me how they have the latest tech. So.. They just came over to me to tell me the shuttle is 5 mins away, and offered me a muffin on yoghurt. I am going to start hiring some of these people :)
