I ordered one of the teriyaki dishes. It came without being cooked in any sauce, without any taste, like it was all boiled plain to cook. Did they forget to toss the boiled ingredients in sauce/flavor? There was a side dish of sauce to add, but that couldn't infuse the over-boiled ingredients with any taste. Crab Rangoon undercooked with very little filling. Wanton soup I got a quart saved half for next day it soured. Spring roll overcooked. Shrimp with lobster sauce rice was raw just threw it out waste of $25 read more

Among the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten! Chicken szechuan and and general Tso had zero flavor - zero spice whatsoever. The Wonton soup also had zero flavor - broth was like water. Hard to screw up Chinese food but this joint somehow manages to do just that! read more

Food tasted horrible. I called, a man answered I told him I order chicken I don't know what I got but it's not edible it tasted like very sour meat. He told me I would get the right meal the next time they are open. I call after 2 weeks it's a lady who keeps saying no man works there. Looks can be deceiving. Despite its location and that it shares a wall with an auto parts store, Bo Bo is really good Chinese. It's not too greasy and heavy on the palate. What's more, the serving sizes are generous as well. I don't recommend eating in; take out only. read more

Thankfully a new Chinese place has opened locally. Until then, I was driving over 20 minutes to get takeout, rather than visit Bo Bo. 2 stars for those very rare times when dinner was good. As far as the bad review from the disgruntled Mother who thinks it is ok for her kids to run wild in a RESTAURANT not a waiting room, seems her real agenda was to bad mouth a great food establishment because she couldn't control her kids! I would of reprimanded her kids as a customer! Just because most orders are take out, there ARE tables to eat at & most parents would b e embarrassed that their kids behaved badly in public instead of blaming herself for bad parenting! The food is fine but they consistently, over the last 6-9 months, have been saying "10-15 minutes" no matter your order, and then have been taking 45 minutes to get the order out. It is incredibly rude and exactly what you would expect from these type of people. No punctuality, no understanding of society. Just "10-15" minutes and f your schedule or life. Horrible. Must be under new ownership. Ordered boneless ribs and all we got were pieces of fried fat. The pork fried rice was bland without any flavor and the wonton soup tasted like salt water. It was great, the food was very hot and very good, it does sit back from the road you almost missed it if you don't know what to looking for, the place has really improved their food and not using msg,cooking with peanut oil I think makes the food better. read more

So, the girl working the counter and handling all of the food at Bo Bo kitchen was wiping away her dripping snotty nose with her hands and then continues to touch food containers and handle rice. My wife spoke to the manager/owner and they basically didn't give a shit. The new owners and workers have had poor manners and have been disrespectful in the past. This tops it all. Let me be clear that these new owners are terrible and have little respect for their business and patrons. I'm so grossed out right now. We will NOT be going back to Bo Bo, which I am saddened by because they have the best food around. read more

I've got to drop a star off this place. They'll tell you to pick it up in 20 minutes, but you won't get your food for nearly an hour! The only reason I'm ordering Chinese food is because I don't have time to make my own dinner. The last thing I want is to stand around your dining room waiting forever for my food.
