This place killed a whole afternoon and caused me to miss a 3:30 appointment because it took them over 2 hours to put 4 tires on a car. Their excuse was that's how it takes. Sorry John O'Neil Toyota it's not! Average new 4 tire install takes 45 minutes to one hour. This was the first and last time I will buy tires from here. I will stick with reliable mom and pop locals for now on.

During that time, the vehicle was transferred to our Kansas City office, and the employee was assigned a different vehicle as he still needed a vehicle for his job. When the part finally came in, we arranged for it to be shipped to a Kansas City dealer for installation. However, on the day it was scheduled to ship, Paul Johnson, the owner, intercepted the boxed part - already prepared with a UPS shipping label - and sold it to another customer he deemed "more important." This decision has left our company vehicle idle again for months, disrupting our operations. We have a team of 10 employees in this area, and I've instructed all of them to never use this dealership again. The lack of professionalism and disregard for our business needs is unacceptable.

I found the car online Saturday morning and sent an inquiry. Tre responded quickly without playing any "games". We both agreed on a trade we felt was fair. Within a couple of hours, I was on my way to Mississippi (a 3 hour drive) to make the trade. We kept in touch because we were going to get there a few minutes after closing. Once we arrived, my beautiful new ride was waiting for me (with a full tank, that I so appreciate). Tre had the paperwork ready to go as I requested. We signed a few papers and were on our way! Brought my Kia in because i was receiving a P0741 code which is the torque converter clutch…read moresolenoid. I told the guy at the service desk that was the code that i was getting. The next day they called me and told me that it was just needing a computer update ($440). I drove over an hour to pick up my car. When I get in, the engine is making a noise. They took it back in to the service department then over an hour later come out and tell me that they fixed that noise but that I needed a new transmission! They said they got a code P0741! That is the reason i brought it in!!!!! They told me it would be $2300! Of course I declined the service. I DO NOT trust anything they tell you in the service department!

Meridian KIA DEALERSHIP…read more In my opinion, after purchasing two different vehicles from this dealer this dealer is not to be trusted. My latest vehicle was a 2025 Sportage. It was sold to me after I was told that it had a feature that I asked for. After buying it, took a trip in it and found out that it did not have the feature that I was told by the sales person that it had. But after talking to the finance people there at the dealership, it was determined that if they give me a vehicle that I had originally asked for it was gonna cost me several thousand dollars more., Then they told me my credit rating went down after buying the car, but said that was normal but they would not do anything about it. So the bottom line is, they lied to me and got caught in their lie, but would do nothing about it. So it's my recommendation if you got to deal with this dealership, you need to be very very careful. because they will lie to you and then they will not do anything to help you when they get caught in their lives. This will be the last vehicle I will ever buy from this dealership and it is my recommendation that they are not to be trusted, and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. Very unethical dealership!

They have a 2025 model that my son…read morewas interested in at a discounted price, but the discount wasn't enough since in a few months it'll be two years old and these days you can find a 2026 model of the same model and with the same features for the same price as the 2025, even if it means driving 2 to 4 hours. so we decided to go ask what the price was and see if we could negotiate a better deal since we're in the military. The salesperson was nice, but when he mentioned it to the "sales manager," the manager started spouting a spiel about how he could sell that car for more than they're asking and that he knows every trick in the book. He tried to lecture me on his 12 years of experience in the business I just listened, and I didn't want to be rude. They missed out on a check that would have come in handy at the end of the month especially since we only wanted to negotiate about $1,500 off, and they probably would have ended up with $47,500 with taxes in their pocket because we were going to pay with a check and without financing. Cars depreciate year after year; when you try to trade in your vehicle, if it's in good condition and relatively new, they offer you more money. And even after your car's been in an accident, they factor in the model year more than other things and that's common knowledge..... I just said, "Don't argue--it's pointless." Next week we're driving two hours from our house to buy a car the same model, same trim levels, the color my son wanted and it's even $400 cheaper for a 2026.... New Ford Meridian didn't get my money "thank God" and they're still sitting on a 2025 model that they've been offering at the same price for the last three months which is when my son saw it and paying to keep it at the dealership. It's sad to see how little enthusiasm they have for selling or negotiating; that's why these dealerships don't have many sales. What they do have, though, are plenty of bad reviews about the salespeople and poor service.
