I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). Scheduling with them was very easy, brought car in at 9am and received a text at 11:30am that it was ready. Paid and was on my way. After 1.5 years the power amp went out and had to be sent back to the factory. A year later the subwoofer quits. I went back again, they played with some wires and it worked when I left. A month later the sub quit again. Frustrated and very busy I did not return to this store. Drove without my sub until I found a great store in Ewing NJ. They inspected the system and immediately asked me where I had it done and that the power amp should NEVER have been installed under the drivers seat in the mustang. They showed me frayed wires that led to shorting out the sub. The. Wires grayed from the movement of the drivers seat over the years. End of story is $1200 later I have the power amp relocated and the sub replaced. Sadly, this store lost a good customer...so BE WARE work can be shoddy!

So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! "I dont normally take in old cars" was his statement about my window that worked before dropping the car off. The razor blade was found while removing the trim panel to inspect the damaged regulator.
